177-89Kg is actually obese, ............more than fat

hopefully your heart will expire doing something you love

always follow ur heart

In truth the vast majority of white angle saxon- vatican aligned males of north america, are whats classed as Indo Europeans, a mix of central, north European genes, blue or brown eyes, of all about the same weight and height, the only difference is how you tend to your body post adolescence and the shit you swallow, you will get smaller and heavier as you grow older, with your first heart attack by early 40's after perhaps 2-3 divorces,..this is standard procedure for most
I like to hunt it keeps me fit and its the type of thing that hopefully will keep me fit until I expire

its no biggy find an sport you can and will do until you too expire

as we say over here ..

if you find heavy/fat women ugly, ..its a sign to loose weight

It's not so much that you look the same, It's just that you don't look good. Some people are just weaklings. You can change that, but it's going to take way more work and way less complaining.
