I was working construction a few years back. Sub contracting. Some of the work was my own contracts and I also worked for another contractor.

I would do my work and was a foreman for the other contractor.

One day this contractor wanted me to take this 18 year kid under my wing and work with him. It was rough the first few weeks. This kid knew everything and tore more things up than he fixed. It really tried my nerves.

I went home and hugged my father and told him I was sorry if I was even half as bad as this kid at that age.



Skywalker is still at that stage. A know it all punk that has some growing up to do.


That is evident by his attitude. He and everyone else knows that one meal a day is unhealthy. He needs to eat 5-6 times a day. No more than you can fit in your hands. That keeps the metabolism up.


The biggest thing to remember is "a body in motion stays in motion, a body at rest stays in rest."

Got to keep moving.

I eat usually about 6,000 calories a day, sometimes more.. thats with little fat on me
Pump up your metabolism
As said, your too young for this and could cause a lot of problems later down the road






But i do remember a thread on your exercise regimen or maybe diet idk.. but i do remember everyone saying your doing it wrong...me included

i'm 6'4" and if I eat more than 2700 calories a day I gain fat.
I am VERY active, free weights, running around my shop like crazy..
but yea.. gifted with a snail's metabolism..

Sheeeit. I came to the thread thinking I would see some huge cola. Oh well.

Do some crunches and pushups. I am over 50 and I do 200 and 100 daily when I an not doing something equivilent like splitting wood ir baling. You are not alone though as most are soft.

To bring this full circle, you could alternatively pack you belly button with Promix and plant a clone.

yeaa, but with promix you'd need a bigger belly-button cavern...
I say you should go with an organic amended compost-based mix.. do that and water only man..
conversely... if you planted some dynamic accumulators like perhaps a dandelion or comfrey?
that would really bring out some good micros hidden in there..

Skywalker, usually I'm an extrovert... Say what I'm thinking and then check the reaction. Spontaneous?? Of course... I made it to Gary's post and that's as far as I've read... Comments wise.. I commend you on your guts. Posting that pic really put you out there. I was shocked to read compassionate posts. No offense guys but we're assholes here...

Luke I am not your father but my friend, make you a play list and grab the head phones. Just walk. Eating habits have to change of course but last year I walked 4 to 5 sometimes 6 miles 5 times a week.

I admit it got addictive. It will be hard at first but trust me. Give it a week. Go hard and push yourself. You ARE stronger than you think. You're young.. Got years ahead of you. Your drive will decide!!

Lots of water and drop the soda!! None!

Good luck and keep ur chin up!

Just do a 1,000 plant grow deep in the woods no need for a gym you will lose that shit by fall. :)

Gyms don't do shit unless you go regularly but come up for the summer I'll have you cutting and splitting cord wood and you get paid per cord so you will want to work hard you will gain plenty muscle and lose some weight and the gym will pay you. :bigjoint: It's not easy work but pay is decent especially since you should be doing 2 cords a day once you get into the rhythm.
If you aren't serious please don't say it no offense but it makes me envious as I would kill to have a job like that.

Are you still seeing yourself at the 230 pound kid? Sometimes no matter how much weight PPL lose, they still see themselves as the "fat kid."
Yea but I know it's not rational you can't look the same from 40 lbs of weight loss no matter what type of diet you use, but also at the same time I know that I Still have at least 20 lbs to lose

I walk all the time not for exercise but just because whenever I'm not at work I can't sit around the house as I get extremely bored and anxious so I'm always outside walking about smoking bud or going to or from multiple friends house a day, I walk easily 15-20 miles a week as you can tell from my spamming of one of finshaggies threads I cannot live without my headphones and walking high while enjoying nature... It gets bad though because I've gotten a lot darker in the past few weeks I look glossy asf
