Much more than a 10-15 deg temp difference would probably be a waste of energy, unless you have the fridge at that temp anyway. Not knowing what pump performance is and what your desired end flow.rate are.not sure how to answer. Manifold is 1.5in? Don't think an thing less than 1/2 for 340 gph.....either mock something up or bout out a pencil and paperYa I dunno it could be I guess. But we're you saying just drill 2 holes in the front door of the fridge and just wrap as much line as I can in the freezer portion? Would it help to run any in the fridge part? I'd assume it'd actually be more effective to reduce from 1/2" down to maybe 3/8" or 1/4" so that you can fit more line in, and also make less mass of water to need to be cooled through just inside the freezer area. Then expand back to 1/2"on the other hole on the fridge face.
