I don't THINK so! I have a close friend who uses the line (Terra) and I haven't seen that in his grows!

He and I had a back and forth over Hesi vs Canna. I really loved Hesi in soil. He said they have expensive supplements you need to use.....I said I didn't use the "ROOTS or SUPER VIT" as I substituted Kelp extract for it and the extract does the same job for WAY less! I got the same results my way as Hesi's too! So my Hesi came in WAY less in cost over Canna.......I always watered with a simple bio tea once a week also.

I say try Hesi - watch the Utube using Hesi and learn the daily watering method!
What nutrient lines would you recommend for soil grows? I've been using mostly botanicare products but i've been wanting to diversify and i know you are very knowledgeable so i'd like to hear your recommendation.

That's ok....I liked Hesi but Canna is right there too. Very equal in my book.....With Hesi. Use Age old Kelp extract at 7ml per gallon with the nutrients and don't get the "ROOTS" or "Super Vit" - just use the Kelp like I said...

Hesi
Canna
Aurora "SOUL" The dial in is important with this brand. Be sure to follow the 2 week veg nute rule at the flip.

The thing is, everything "works". It's up to you figure out the best way to use them....Hesi and Canna are charted for cannabis and they are the cleanest running Nutrients I have found,,,,,,Really so for hydro....There would be very little adjustment needed and mostly rather experienced growers would be the ones to make any.

Here we go again, look at all the haters hating as usual...When growing in a soiless medium or in hydro you have to provide things like amino acids, hormones, chelates, plant growth regulators, vitamins, enzymes, yeast, yeast extracts, organics, carbohydrates, microbes, beneficial bacteria, and beneficial fungi if you want your plants to live up to there fullest potential.

And sorry folks no you can't get all of this in one bottle, and no you don't have to get it from Advanced Nutrients either...So just like if you was creating a living soil you would have to buy 8 or so different products to add to that soil the same goes for soiless and hydro if you want all of the benefits of the things I mentioned. Advanced Nutrients which I prefer as well as other companies provides all of these things it's up to the grower discernment.

Yep it's only the cannabis industry that says all this crap is "nessessary"...there are grape farmers that grow some world renowned fruit for some of the best wines in the world...you don't see them pouring all this crap on their vineyards.Utter bullshit.

Of course not why would you I don't think you're growing for yield...But when you are growing for the highest yields as possible all of these little things play an important role.

But you honestly know you can get great yields with a good base nutrient and and enzyme and have some cal mag on hand. Bloom boosters are not really needed. @Uncle Ben said it best when he said green leaves in late flower is the best bloom booster there is. Pretty sure he said that any way. No body is hating, I think some are just suggesting that you can get better results with a lot less then what these nutrient companies are suggesting.

Then why are your yields so suck ass? Maybe you should just accept the fact that you really dont know as much as you think you do.

Remind us what your reference is? Ya, know how many different ferts have you grown with?
You can't go around riding the nuts of AN when you haven't tried any other fertilizer in your life. With your 5 grow total havin ass.

Maybe ole boy from AN touched you when you were younger and now you're all fucked in the head because of it.

Come on man those grape farmers soil is so rich with life it doesn't need anything added that's completely different then growing soiless or hydro...So according to you Mycorrhizal, Trichoderma, Chitosan, Triacontanol, IBA, Bap-6 ect. is utter bullshit...If so I think I might be done with the marijuana community lol real talk!

My yield don't suck, first grow in ten years the cheapest 600w money could buy and got 20oz...Next grow 1200w and lots of problems and still managed 27oz current grow still in process...I REPEAT everything I'm talking about can be purchased from multiple different sources not just AN!!

Of course you're a great grower...But regardless of what anybody says it is a proven fact that things like Mycorrhizal, Trichoderma, Chitosan ect benefits your plants.
If supplements, rocket fuels, etc. aid, convert, chelate nutrients, whatever.......such that the plant gets 13 essential elements it needs for good performance then that's all that counts. Most of this cannabis crap is to satisfy and appeal to the mind of the grower. Plant can't read....and doesn't care.

Sensi and Piranha are still some good shit for mineral salts and fungi. I think the co owner of AN started a new line called emerald harvest or something but it's just as expensive as the new US based H&G.
