yellowing leaves, possible N deficency?

Ok, so right now I've got one Ice plant under some cfls. It's about 3.5 weeks old, being grown in a rubbermaid setup in an organic soil. I started to flower it about 4 days ago (in order to cut down on the heat so I could simply run it for 12 hours at night, temps stay around 84, highest its hit is 89 usually in the beginning of the night). I've been watering as needed, about every 3-4 days with simple tap water that has been resting for over 24 hours to clean it up.

The yellowing seems to be creeping up the plant, as less leaves were being effected a few days ago. Now the bottom two sets have some yellowing towards the end and the tips are sagging. I've read it could be a Nitrogen def, but I've also read leaves may do that during flowering but they seem excessive. I haven't added any nutes yet due to that I've nute burned a plant already by adding them way to early, but I've got some organic bat guano and blood meal in the waits.

Thanks for the help guys, I really want this one to make it.

Early stage nitrogen deficiency. Either take the advice of the previous poster which is viable or you could use a foliar spraying which would remedy your problem fastest but it is easy to overdo so be careful if you choose the foliar spray method to fix deficiencies.

I don't think I should foliar spray, but maybe I'm wrong. My temps vary from 84-89 and given the proximity of the lights to the leaves, I worry about burning the plants if I put liquid on them as opposed to in the dirt. you know, because the light would magnify/reflect off of the beads of water on the plants

man that DIY humidifyer is bad azz if u do end up makeing it be sure to post how well it ends up working for you
bad ass indeed. my one reservation is any sort of buildup of condensation on my electronics, but i think if I get the air moving through the box well enough then it shouldn't be a problem.

has anyone tried somthing like this?
