Dude thank you. These people have no clue. Sitting happy in cali rn
I hate dragging on people but to flat out make claims about people the way you have while knowing nothing about them is by definition clueless. I moved to left coast 15 years ago so don't presume I don't know what prohibition is like. I've lived in some of the most backassward states we have MN MT, ND, WI, TX. None of these places looked kindly on weed use. MN took one of my best friends freedom away along with his right to vote and own a weapon. A riding buddy in WI lost his Vett under asset forfeiture for just a couple joints. So yeah I'm fucking clueless. But I do stand by the if it ain't yours don't touch it. People have died for those rights but their probably clueless too.

Dude you sound like a straight up cool cat but with a big chip on your shoulder. I'm usually all done trimming and drying by end of October stop by and I'll help a brother out no charge all I ask is just breath.

Then don't make claims every gorilla grower is trashing the place. And "taking what is yours" for using a piece of someone's 200 plus acres on the edge of a road. Is no wrong doing. So you obviously have a chip on your shoulder from the local news..... lol. Done with your stupidity.

I'm stupid no doubt look at the time I'm wasting just trying too get you to see the other side of the coin. Just don't take your sense of providence down Texas way they shoot first with no questions later.

Point out where I said every gorilla grower is trashing the place... Wait don't bother I'll make it easy. Any gorilla grower digging holes on someone else's property is trashing the place that they have no right too. There hope your smug ass feels justified and dignified now. This is suppose to be a community of ideas and help not dim wits whose only argument is ad hominem at best and plain all out ignorant at worse but I digress peace out.

Im a gorilla grower. Its illegal here so id prefer to grow in national parks than on my own property (in saying that i sometimes have 1 to 4 plants at home in the garden- a small amount). I dont grow on other peoples property as id hate them to get caught growing something that they didnt even grow

For a spot, u need it to be away from the trails. Think a walking trail that branches out onto a smaller trail. Branch off that onto an animal trail and then bush bash for however long to you spot. (try not to get lost or fall down old mining holes etc..).

Check the soil. rockie means bags and soil you have to lug in (not necessarily a bad thing but is more work). I PH the soil if im using the natural ground whilst im there well before the grow with some rain water or whatever the water source is. This allows me to dial in the soil ph at home.

Water. Your going to need heaps of it. Trouble is water courses have traffic and helicopters fly along them. Swamps are good and so are old dams and sink holes, small creeks etc. If your spot has no water thats ok to, just more work. A tarp strung up to collect water that funnels into a large container (240L wheely bin for eg) solves that problem.

Facing the morning sun is best. Lots of sunlight.

Tracks are bad..try to find a few ways in and out of your spot. Dont have all your eggs in one basket.

Gorilla growing done right is lots of hard work. Get the prep work all done in winter.

Haha yes just like we took the land from Indians and killed them and drove them to reservations. Yup we are so entitled to this land right. Wouldn't want to touch a corner of someone's 200 plus acres right. Because it's allll theirs

And yes exactly keep it to public lands if it's a big grow. But if there's a massive piece of land , that it belongs to some rich guy who doesn't touch it. Go ahead sow the seed. I'd appreciate it if I was him....

Wow.. sorry u had to get treated like a piece of trash and get ridiculed for growing a plant. I grow in the national forest and in an abandoned (now pine forrest) ranch. I have a feild thats only 5 foot tall pine trees i have all my outdoor autos there. In the national forrest i look for good clearing from east to west. Also.southward. thats important for flowering.

National parks are policed by state police here in Australia.

You're acting like guerilla growing is against the beliefs of this website or something yet there's an entire section for it :) if u have a problem with people doing it, cool, but nobody else cares that u dont like it especially the people doing it okie?

To answer OP

I look for a spot that has a direct path to the sun for most light, don't plant on or near trails! Look around your site for any trail ribbons or markers to make sure the area isnt frequented.
Those are the important ones, then I think about how easy it is to access for me, how easy it is to access for someone else, the soil, location in relation to water, and if you're like me in Rocky soil and you can't plant anywhere in the ground, I look for very old downed trees and dig into where their roots used to be. Lots of free soil from the log and roots decomposing, and there will be holes in the rocks from where the roots were so you can just shovel out all the rocks and add fertilizers. Otherwise you can just out them in pots outside but 5 gal buckets I have a fear that they won't grow large enough.. Is that right bc some people use like 300 gallon pots

Large plants and plants in 5 gal buckets are the first to be found. And 5's would have to be watered at least every 3 days,
I prefer my guerilla plants to be no more than 1/4 pound sized plants.
