Lol, sorry dude. I'll slow it down. Nutes will be mixed into water. Fill a 5 gallon bucket as its all your gonna need with 4 autos. Let it sit an hour for each gallon. So 5 hrs, air stone speeds up process . Your letting chlorine dissipate. Than add 3 cap fulls of G.H. armor SI first. Than add your G.H. grow (veg) nutes at 50%. I use caps per gallon(one cap about a teaspoon) 1 teaspoon per gallon at half potency would be 2.5 caps of veg nutes per 5 gallon reservoir. Mix and check Ph level. You want 5.8-6.5 /tapwater is usually high around 10-11. Nutes may auto adjust so they say, only if starting ph is neutral. Anyway adjust your ph to 6.2 is what I like. When you're ready to water you'll have 5 gallons at hand. Also fill a spray bottle with some halfway than dilute by filling up the rest plain water. Use for foliage feedings.( Spraying the BOTTOM of leaves, spraying tops of them does nothing .) And I always feed from outside edge of pot into center. Makes roots chase water out expanding your root system. Outside heavily, center light. LST stands for Low Stress Training. It's just bending and tying the highest points on plant below the other branches to accelerate lower growth and even the plant out so the entire canopy is more or less even. Eliminating small buds below and medium buds in middle and big up top, all are even size. You can put a trellis on top(scrog) style, or tie and stake them when they need support. Here is example of a LST'd chemdawg. Topped on first set of true leaves, and bent down and super cropped some branches and only LST others. Simply punch a whole in fabric edge and tie a piece of twine from the mid way point of your plant, maybe higher, when you gently push it over you can feel where the tension will be in day by day you bend it down a little more and you'll see your branches will all turn off words so your bottom branches that would have stayed strong will now go upward to become large branches you can then send them over so that their bottom day by day you bend it down a little more and you'll see your branches will all turn up words so your bottom branches that would have stayed small will now go upward to become large branches you can then send them over so that their bottom branches become top branches there's never any actual breaking of anything so therefore it's called low stress training when you get into breaking of branches that is called super cropping that is when you squeeze the branch bruising it until you can actually fold it in half without breaking it in half and it will heal itself and turn itself back around and then it will create a large knot at the healing point and we'll make for large colas
