Just seems like people think they're doing business with Amazon prime rather than a super swamped one man operation. One week wait and people are flipping out and saying they'll never do business with GLG again. They want him to respond promptly to all their emails while also shipping out hundreds of orders. Understanding is one thing, being understanding is another.

i want you to come out to dinner. spend a fraction of what a few packs of seed cost.

you sit down at 6pm.

6:15 , 6:30, 7:00 other tables sitting... server gets to you at 7:15.... i feed everybody (6:15, 6:30, 7pm) but you... cause wtf im busy. im making all the food al' minute (to the second even sauces), & even funnier i got a staff of people.

your food, perfect & awesome, hit the table 7:40pm. maybe cause you need special accommodations , ordered a well done steak/frite , and came with kids.

now, i got 7 pro guys making dinner. me in the window barking all night. or maybe even making your special. 3 dudes in dish. etc... servers like bees buzzing around.

i demand perfect. especially if you're paying. anything less is plates on the floor.
so fuck u... u wait... i said so.

u ask the server , my food? and i tell her... let them know im busy !

what happens?

Damn Mucha, you're still waiting? No tracking # or anything? His payment system is putting him at a disadvantage to these other American banks. He doesn't fill orders until payment arrives and then it probably matters where your payment sits in a stack of mail.

I agree I'd be pissed at this point too if I was in your shoes, especially if it affected the stock on what I ordered or my freebie choices. If JBC is going to run the same deals with a more efficient ordering system, I see GLG losing out on a lot of business.

I don't really like to hear one man op and being super busy as an excuse either... Yes I understand, but the fact of the matter is you knew it was coming...and even more so w Great Lakes as its cash only... This even more so staggers the amount of orders to process at any given time. To me it's like standing in the ocean and being surprised when you get smacked by a wave like... Wtf did you expect to happen. Plan and prepare accordingly. I'm not worried about not getting my order... But the wait is a nuisance

he can be successful. just need to :

use tech to his advantage. auto mail for example. his site should be set up pro. its cumbersome. and more. there are better templets for websites. he should use one with more cart option, user option, owner options.

must have an issue at usp$ w/ the volume. under the radar. illegal biz. its an issue. i know it. i live in a big city. i walk to 2 diff post places. can bike to two more. and take the subway to 6 more. he cant do this.

excuses. tools of the incompetent comes to mind.

& like you guys say... he should be planning & managing.

you got a day job? me too.
and i get up hours early just to garden.

takes me 2 hours a day bare min to check all tents & the basement.

Also received my order loaded to to gills with bad ass gear, I will run my freebies and select early, At least star flight x lbl....

Those flowers do look large, if you can, can you keep updating as they fill out, I got the gg4 x lbl almost ready for the flip, smells lemon funk in veg. A gentleman on the bodhi thread said his full blown hermi'd but he went away for a week or so and found it like that. I think you have the only pic of bad dawg I've seen.

My order arrived safely today. DBJ is a freakin legend, he packed me up with 2 packs of his testers which sound pretty damn good. His packaging was top notch and gave me a good laugh. Happy to shop with him again

Freebies included Gorilla Bubble X Death Bubble, Killer Queen X Ice Cream, & Colombian Red X Lung Candy X Mikado/G13, a lighter, wax container and stickers.

Packaging and seed appearance are both excellent GLG gets a 100% thumbs up from my experience.
