I plead guilty under a corrupt lawyer who had no interest in arguing for my Religion, and then later, when Deferred Adjudication was revoked, it was Dismissed.

I left Texas to go to California, then Colorado to practice my Religion Freely and study the law.

And the corruption she was charged with was generally charged to the county as well. They said that she was working hard for Clients with money (and even for the other sides client possibly) while insisting that indigent inmates waive their rights. They said that the whole county does it, and that she just happened to be an example.

And they do do it. Everyone just waives their trial because they say to.

It is a plea bargain. You plead guilty. You complete the probation and other requirements and then it is sealed.

You still made a guilty plea. The public may not see it on a background check but the police and court will always know.
