try flushing the soil, then swapping to some better nutes as the soil either wasn't well balanced or whatever you fertilized it with is bad

i just put some tap water in the res to hopefully flush like you said.. shoud i put clean water in the mornin with correct nutes

Well I'd give it a day or two before I do that, let it perk up a bit.
You cannot cure a plant problem in an hour! These things take time unless its an over/under water issue. expect 3-4 days to start seeing an effect. how often do you water them? What is the PH of the water? If you don't have any way of measuring PH, then you need to stop growing bro, cuz hydro DEMANDS you know the PH!
