Cannabis plant not growing

Think you just need to pot up with some fresh mix; them roots wanna go deeper than you think especially under the sun. Sprinkle some mycorrizea under/on the root ball when you transplant them. That hole could be from leaf munchers but Monterey garden spray (spinosad) would take care of it if it was.
I transplanted them now bad thing i lost some roots though

WELCOME to RIU. You will find a lot of great information on here, but also some not so great information. The most important thing is to continue to learn and do individual research to find what works best for you in your garden. Make use of the forums search bar, as this is a great way to find threads that are posted on topics and questions you may have. Furthermore, don't take information as being a 100% valid without verification, I prefer members who have photos, videos, etc to back there claims, but even then every garden and grower are different.
Finally, please know that "Well-Known Member" doesn't necessarily equal "Great/Knowledgable Grower" as many new members tend to make this assumption. I am a prime example of a new grower, who has received this status simply because of my activity on the forum!

Now looking at your plants, and seeing that you have already transplanted, I have noticed 2 things that have been mention previously that you may want to address. As suggested it appears you may have some type of pest that has been eating at your plant, I would definitely keep an eye on this. The second thing I am notice is the light coloring of the leaves. At first glance it looks like your plant may be hungry and looking for some Nitrogen.
In regards to trying to get the best information for growers on the forum, it helps to have as much information as you can provide. Things such as grow medium, nutrients used, etc can all help in regards to trying to diagnose an issue.

Good advice you've had so far, lots of it on here but always double check everything you're told with your own research, it's a good habit to get into anyway. It'll take them a bit after transplant to fill out under the soil and you probably won't see new top growth until the roots are settled, so just be patient with them a few days while they get over the transplant.

looks to me that the real light leaves is actually, very fresh growth? If that is not true, and they have quit growing? Sometimes after you transplant, or if it gets real cold or real hot, the plants will go into shock. You can lose 2 weeks of progress with shock. My Leaving Tip: It is a weed, the biggest threat to it is usually the grower. Good Luck
