No, being taxed is arbitrary, coercive and indicative that SOME people decide how others will live, with or WITHOUT their consent. If a person doesn't use something and is forced to pay for it, they have been stolen from.

Also, the so called services that government provides come in a package where it is difficult to unbind the "goods and services" from the "bads and disservices". Not to mention many services which are rendered by coercion based governments could be improved if other entities were ALLOWED to provide them.

A fair transaction should have the element of choice, from both sides of the transaction.

If you don't use something and are charged for it, with or without your consent, choice is extinguished, which is one of the components of slavery...no choice.

Hey Padwan... What percentage would be fair for EVERYONE to pay? What flat percentage do you think is fair even for the poor?

It is regressive on progress to tax the producers and let the non-producers skate.

I support a progressive taxation policy because the data shows when more people have more disposable income (thriving middle-class), they spend it throughout the economy. When less people have more disposable income (oilgarchy), like in the system we have now where 93% of the economic gains go to the top 0.1% of earners, they put it in offshore tax havens where it does not circulate throughout the economy and add to the GDP

Yeah, we've heard that myth since you were in diapers, sport. Trickle-down economics doesn't work according to every modern economist, even Greenspan and Friedman, the two largest proponents of it, denounced it as failed economic policy later in their careers.

It's regressive on progress to have a situation where most of the wealth is concentrated at the very top while the poor and middle-class struggle to pay their bills. Piketty's Capital in the 21st Century and Reich's Saving Capitalism for the Many Not the Few address this more in depth.

They will not even try to get a job.they was raised to not work and to get all the fee stuff that the government takes for the tax payers to give to them free so all they got to do is vote and get all there shit free.thats what are government has dun to the American people steal from one and give to a nother in return for there vote so the coruped can stay in office and steal the reast of the tax money and brow more money to steal.Dont that sound about rite?ky,

Meal on a budget, $1 for rice pilaf and not sure what we spent for the onion. Venison shot and tagged last fall, fiddleheads picked today. (8 pounds took 1 hr)
