here is a link to my grow journal I'm trying to keep on YouTube..... It's regular bag seed for now, until I got the hang of it a little bit, chime in give constructive feedback and it will be much appreciated. Happy growing
 
*Put lights ONTOP of plant. Only the upper surface of the leaves can photosynthesize. 90% of your light is going to waste atm.
*Your humidifier is supposed to raise the humidity in the room, not mist your plant....move it further away. If your humidity is less than 20% then you need a humidifier, if it aint dont bother.
*Add a fan!!
*RO water is difficult to work with. Add Cal-Mag to it or you will run into deficiencies.

Should i use regular water instead?
As far as the lights, the cfls are supplemental lighting, leds are the main source
 
I am not sure the quality of your source water. So I cannot comment on that.

I would simply get a carbon filter to remove any harmful chemicals in your water.

What I do know is RO water is pure water and leads to deficiencies in the plants, RO is good for flushing.
