IMHO these are 2 healthy plants that may have a slight Ca/Mg issue...very common. If this were my grow I would give them a boost of calmag. But this is just how I would handle it...do some searching and reading and make your own choices. Good Luck!

So I'm a soil guy but I'm seeing what look like real healthy plants. You're in coco pebbles or whatever they're called. The little discoloration may not be a def at all. @RM3 help this guy out...he thinks he has a def...I'm not so sure...your thoughts?

haha hey wait...mb we're on to something....Ima give it a go and see if it doesn't produce some nice fruity buds? hahaha
besides...can't be ny worse than the kid jizzing all over his plants to try to increase yield.

whole plant looks good, a dose of Cal/Mag wouldn't hurt

people forget calcium is an immobile nutrient... true calcium deficiency is more likely to show up on new growth... spots and damage to older leaves in the middle of the plant like that is usually something simpler... bug infestation or straight up over fertilization.

check under the leaves... very, very carefully. Sometimes a magnifing glass can be useful in situations like this.

No bugs, Ive checked now for about 45min. Im almost positive its a PH issue. Ive been keeping it at 5.8, was just informed that through veg better idea to keep it at 6.2 then into flower move the PH to 5.9.

I'll keep an eye on it and let y'all know.

Ph will change on its own in hydroton. Just keep it in the range even if you have to change out the reservoir. Start at the low end let it climb and then change it at the max end. You might want to trim your roots at some point. You should put up a picture of the roots. Keep your water cool and clean so you don't get any bacteria. Overall I think they look fine.

Thanks for the heads up on PH I have an auto doser so all I have to do is set the range. All I had to do was increase the range a few more PH. Keeping water at 70 to 72.

Typically doesn't the PH fall and not rise?
Ive read in a lot of places that if you have to add PH down throughout your grow that it means you have an issue else where?

I most certainly will make sure I go through the PH Scale for sure but just trying to understand it a little better. I've read a lot on this and there always seems to be the go to, "just do what you think is best in the end" but I want the science behind why it happens. Partly why i decided to go with a software controller, so that I can graph and map the changes that I make and look at the data behind it.

Here is my feeding schedule. I use General Hydro nutes.

All my roots feel fine no slime, they are sturdy and strong.
