If you're good you can get 400 grams or 14 ounces. 8-10 ounces would be more realistic. I got around 8 ounces on my last grow with 400w.

Those are more realistic numbers. I would expect 10 from someone who has grown for a long time and approx 6-8 with a newbie

Ya no co2 you won't pull gram per watt go be honest I mean I pulled close without it 2lbs per 1000w without it but my plants were also 6ft tall and arent your average genetics it looks good but you won't hit it buddy sorry

I've pulled decent yields with a 400, I think the max was around 12, many, many years ago, but I wasn't scrogging.

YES! You have to know what your doing, have the right strain and SOG! In a 3x3 area - 750gr+ is not exactly hard, if you know what your doing - SOG

may be a way to gauge efficiency but, not experience/ability or quality!
EXAMPLE: I've pulled over 2 gpw in a 2x2 ebb with a 250w HID! It took 2 tries and that was just to see if it could be done (you get bored sometimes)..

Yes it's strain dependent (gpw)! But there are WAY HIGH quality strains that will NEVER even reach 1 gpw!
So then, in my book,,,,,The GPW thing IS a moot point!

Way better quality? I pulled 2lbs a light with Matt Berger's original ocean grown og cut that has been a legend since the early 90's and is one of the rarest cuts around and is known to produce 2lbs a light max with co2 but I did it without it and i have his bubba cut.....don't even know who I am or what I got but wanna judge like I'm growing some big bud strain or something lmao

I've seen forum cookies throw down over 1.5 a light and it's considered high quality I've seen gg4 do over 3 a light and high quality, cuvee over 3 a light and high quality, sonic screwdriver, penny wise, Kandy kush, lemon g, gg4 x star dawg, gsc x star dawg, pretty much everything I have can do it and is top quality. My bubba I've heard of 2.3 a light but it was mutated from all the additives and the 24k and my larry are my lowest yielders at a 1lb a light but there are a lot of strains that are fire as fuck that can do it
