I hear you didn't beat it and your just a guy that's so high he doesn't even know he's lying.
Lol.
Someone already tried to say this and said it probably wasn't dismissed, but then when he actually found the record he just started complaing and trying to say that Deffered Adjudication is a conviction, then he found out that Deffering a judgement is conviction, while Deffered Adjudication in Texas is not a conviction. And it was dismissed anyway at the end. So its irrelevant.

I don't care if you believe me, I know it's true and you can find it if you really really want to.

I called the courthouse yesterday. I know your lying bro. No need for you to make things up, I know more about your case then you do.

What's the status of your civil cases? Are they going to consolidate them? You should post their response to your lawsuit.
The current Civil Case is with the City of Austin, I came here planning on making a Religious Nootropic blend and growing Religious Herbs and they took like $800 worth of stuff that would have retailed for much much more, especially after the seeds were grown in to plants. So that is the current case.

Then once I am done with this I will file the case in my home town. in which I will point out that the Police had no Warrant, that they violated my Religion in the original arrest (for the dismissed charges) and that while I was in jail (winning my case) a preist there said I wasn't allowed to be Hindu and when I started carrying my Rig Veda around (because people were carrying their Bibles places) they started making rules about books, but continued to let people bring Bibles places.

Then I will be suing the DEA on the Merits that the Controlled Substances Act Violates the 21st Amendment by making various Intoxicating Liquors Federally Controlled Substances, when the 21st Amendment clearly says that only States can do that.

And just btw, you only have to prove Civil/Constitutional Rights Violations by a preponderance of the evidence, not beyond a reasonable doubt. And you get around $10,000 for each right violated.

Ok. But you currently have 2 active cases in TX. That's why I was curious whether they would consolidate those. In the Austin case, can you post their response to your complaint? Just redact the personal info?

I don't need to prove anything to you, if you look hard enough you'll find all the answers you're looking for. That's what I did.
Lol

I never asked you to prove anything to me, I said that you can look back in this very thread or in the legal thread and see that people have taken the same position as you (against me) and then proven themselves wrong and had to get into semantics, then again proved themselves wrong. You don't have to prove anything, but neither do I because other people have already proven you wrong when they have taken your same position.

No, I have 1 active lawsuit in Texas. They are called Causes, I am the Plaintiff the PD is the Defendant.

I only have their response on paper, so I could tell you what they said but I don't have a link or anything.

That was me. I wasn't crying. You are delusional.

I have shown it is a conviction.

Yes or no. Was it dismissed with prejudice.

They dropped your revocation charge, not the deferment.

You are clueless.
