That's one of the main things when you're a lawyer, being drunk is fairly standard practice. I bet Finshaggy doesn't even drink.... fucking amature. No offense bro

I actually am.. I've handled several cases, shot callers come to me for advice bro. I know you were locked up with bad muthafuckers but... the type of ogs that ask me for legal advice are people you don't get to talk to or even get close to. Not with your white skin, YOU'LL GET SHANKED. They're not rats in jail they're leaders in prison

Ok. That's not double jeopardy. If he had gone to trial on a charge, been acquitted, then retried for the same charge . . . That would violate the rule against double jeopardy. Here, they simply overcharged him, which is a common practice.

As for Kerrie, yeah, she seems like a piece of work. If she was your attorney in 2010, she had only been practicing for 3 years. And she had some explaining to do in this case:

You're lawyer? I'm not saying I'm a thug but I know some things that people who have been poor really give a shit about. I lived in Goulds and Mexico and I got along fine, not saying OGs are seeking my help, but I can talk to them and get a level of respect. If I was white and didn't care what they think it would be different, but I am willing to listen learn and have listened and learned so I can talk to a lot of different people.

First thing you learn in jail is respect. Not paying a soup when owed could put you in the hospital

I have had like 6 people and like 10 cops pull guns on me (usually for my Religion), but I have never been shot, I know people are people. Even when shit gets real.

I'm a public defender for Fresno county.if you need more information I'm sure you can find it.. I got lots of info on the net that's fairly easy to find.

I have been Hindu since I was 14, so I use Marijuana/Bhang. And I always told my Probation officer it was my Religion from 14 to 18, and said that it was wrong that they would put me on probation for worshipping my God and that after I got off probation I would continue practicing my Religion, so they didn't like me.
