Not sure my troll to English translator is working properly... You mean why is Nort Korea like they are? Total power corrupts totally.. Nk is what would happen WAYYY more often if the NWO wasn't working towards financial unity for the world. You'd have 10x the amount of tin pot dictators then we have now.. Us and our allies are trying to remove as much turmoil as possible but it's not always easy.

NK will fall eventually. I've heard from more then one source that we have more then NK's fair share of ears and eyes on them. they make a move we win. Or they eventually fall from within..

i was a vegetarian for 5 years so i feel i have a pretty good baseline to measure from. i was a fat ass before i was a veggie. lost 100 pounds as a veggie but i was an emotional WRECK! UP AND DOWN every day and all over the map. running in circles on red bull one minute - sleeping on the couch the next. just a straight up roller coaster 5 year ride... i hit the gym ALOT and got down to 179 pounds at 6'3". i was was LEAN but i still didn't have abs... the most depressing and LITERALLY the thing that made me question everything i was doing. i worked out so god damned much and did so many ab workouts its not even funny... but a quart of ice-cream gets rid of 11 ab workouts sooooo.. i was spinning my wheels. i now have real deal abs lol. i work out less then i did as a vegetarian and the results are 2-3X as obvious to me. i not only SEE the difference i FEEL it. i used to increase my weights like 5 pounds every 2 weeks as a veggie.. i can probably get 10 pounds a week now EZ. I'm outgrowing kettle bells faster then i can afford bigger ones lol.
I experienced something similar as a Vegetarian/vegan. I started out as a vegetarian a few years ago and then progressed to veganism. Tried that for a few years and found that I had no energy to exercise, I was skinny but like sick skinny and pale. To top it off, I had very low b12 even though I ate what vegans promote for b12, and I was told by my Dr. I was dying. So after a lot of reading, I discovered that cholesterol is my friend and switched to a testosterone promoting high fat diet. Although, I consider it to be more of a style of eating rather than a diet. Gained a bunch of muscle (gaining more all the time) and have so much more energy. Also the mood swings I experienced as a vegan left. Intermittent fasting helps a bunch as well.

Being vegetarian seems to work for some, but I love cholesterol and not counting carbs and still staying slim and gaining lean functional muscle :-D

so ya still hanging tight OP? I'm somewhere in the 7-8 month in ketosis mark now. I've dropped out here and there for a max of 12 hours cause of cheat meals but for the most part I've been pissin hot for all of it.

i can now eat up to 100grams of carbs a day without falling out of ketosis. veggies, rice, gluten free. if i cheat and have some sweets (bout once every 2 weeks) I've been nocked out of ketosis for only 40grams of carbs because it comes with sugar.. sugar knocks me out quick.

I'm still gradually gaining while my waste tightens up. my doctor the other day said "you looking very V shaped" while making the V shape with his hands referring to my shoulder to waste size.

the wifes never been happier. i got energy all day for the kids and for work.

KETO FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!
