This is a technique I never grew with I grew lpa which is similar but sprayers not rockwool cubes. How large are they?, what size root zone available per plant? It would be hard to say how much you will yield even with that info I am just curious. One thing is for sure your plants look real healthy.

They are about 2 foot being the tallest and 1 foot the smallest but there are only a few mainly the ones at the front left and they are around 4 plant per square foot I have never heard of ipa is the same technique as in clones straight to flower packed in or something completely different

You should get a lot more than a pound! You could get that per light if you knew the strain, knew the nft sytem inside out, the nute regime and knew the SOG technique to the same degree. You seem to have the max plant per square foot, providing you keep an keen eye on the plants and keep an eye on the root zone. It is possible to get areas of dryness in there if they are slightly off perfect balance and perfect flow.
That said nobody likes to guess on the most asked question in the growing universe! its safest to not count your chickens before they hatch! Just thought I might cheer you up with a bit of optimism...
Good luck.

I ran a sog once (but don't remember the dry weight). I did a drain to waste. Medium used was perlite/vermiculite. I used 2liter bottles. 4 plants per sq foot. I ran about 100 6-8" rooted clones with no veg times straight to flower. I only used 2x600 xxxl magnum hood. I wish I can run it again. I would guess at leAst 10 grams per plant. That's almost 2 lbs.

Since you have 4x600 if you would at least run 36 clones under each light with a minimum of 10 grams dry weight per plant you would get close to 4 lbs but you would need a good sog good yielding strain. Sea of green is king when it comes to grams per watt. But you would have to take 6-8" cuttings with good roots.

How many days total was it from the day you cut the clones to the day you put them in flower?

Well he said 9 days of veg. So maybe 7 days to root them and another 9 days of veg. 16 days?
Thats why i ask.. people always consider veg at different points. some don't call it veg till they pot it or some call it veg when roots pop which could be anywhere from 5-21 days but i was thinking the same prob around 16 days

Hi all sorry for the late reply I have been busy any ways jronnn these 100 cutting were all given to me by a friend so I don't know how long they took to root around the 7 day mark I am guessing and when I received them they were in jiffy pellets busting out lots of roots which is when I then transplanted them into 3 inch rockwool and begged for 9 days before flipping...... Green legend 420 as said said earlier these were all given to me by a friend I got 100 used 88 in my setup two died for some reason and then I have kept 10 to turn into mothers so I have my own supply of cuttings for my next run....sky rocket I will take your advice and not count my chickens before they have hatched but my ultimate goal is 14grams per plant so if I hit that il be more than happy if I don't I will just try next time round thanks for all the responses please share any more info if you have any thanks
