I say , keep money in your pocket and use either FF trio ( which is for both hydro and soil ) or even DYNAGRO grow and Bloom for easy ass feeding.
For seedlings and early growth : i use this and it is fantastic , no burns and drama.

For regular feeding : FFOF is a great set of liquid nutes ( use their chart for feeding directions ) - over feeding with this increases salt buildup , but for the price it is hard to beat.

The "star " of the trio is Big Bloom - organic based micronutes. Plants love this shit.
Grow big and Tiger bloom balance out the set. There are also : supplements like Open Sesame ( preflowering booster ) - Beastie Bloom ( for building weight and mass ) and
Cha Ching ( for late stage flowering - oils / resin ) .
Note : you can BURN with these as they are very concentrated. Stick with feed schedule BUT cut dose in half to monitor plants reaction .
Dynagro Grow / Bloom : Great 2 part feed . I use grow thru preflower ( last stretch ) and move to Bloom . Never had a burn and you will find it a very complete feed. Very low PPM REQUIREMENTS compared to other mixes. It will produce great flowers with less than 700 ppm.

Dyna Gro Protekt : one of the industries best and most concentrated supplements around. Adds protective Silicon to your plants that help build strong plant cells and provide stress protection against , heat , and drought. Good Shit.
MUST BE MIXED INTO WATER FIRST - ALWAYS ( may have to ph down a little when using this stuff )
Why drop a bunch of coin on multi bottle feeds ?
All of that bullshit extras you have to get is too confusing . Keep it Simple.
I dont think its confusing at all, I think the GH nute systems are very easy and very forgiving of mistakes.
I don't understand people recommending Fox Farm over GH FloraSeries because FF costs more and takes more nutrient to do the same thing. ANY chemical feed has the potential to burn, I little nute burn is no big deal, just lessen the dose. I am new to DWC and I find GH very reasonably priced and very simple to use especially when following a feeding program. $40 for all 3 base nutes plus 4 advanced nutes is nothing and even the quarts of Diamond Nectar and FloraNectar is only $15 a quart and lasts a long time unless your growing a shitload of plants. When my plants are putting on more than an inch a day of veg and 2"-3" of roots a day I think GH is doing its job. Sure you can use just Micro and Bloom and use the cheapest you can find but for the money compared to the results I couldnt be more pleased. Nutes like Canna and FF are 50% more cost, requires 25%-35% more product, for maybe 10%-15% better results and usability. To me it just doesnt make sense.
You have a lot of money in equipment, a lot in strains, so why use the cheapest nutes? I think Dyna-Gro is cheaper because it seems watered down to me. The only Dyna-Gro product I like and been using for many yesrs is Pro-Tect. A must especially if growing outdoors.
Another thing that's great about GH is its very PH stable, I rarely need any PH adjustment. It stays right at 5.8-6.0 perfectly. I am poor and im talking Ramen noodle poor and I find GH very reasonable. Results are outstanding!
