What's up guys! I've been looking all over the Internet for cases of grow ops being busted in Virginia and how harsh the sentence is. Can't find very much info, and when I do who knows how accurate it is. Basically I wanted to keep growing but now that I'm getting a little older and actually over 18, I'm starting to think about my future and think twice about the whole thing. Virginia law says manufacturing cannabis for a reason other than personal use is punishable by up to 30 but not less than 5 years and a $10,000 fine. But what if its for "personal use" like it says in the law? Another website said you must be convicted with proof of intent to distribute. So if I keep no more than a couple of l's in my home, no scales, no baggies and basically tell them I grow weed strictly to help depression and nausea, that I love the art of growing and that's part of the medicinal value for me blah blah, father just passed away and am very depressed. Sob stories don't do well in court but. 18 years old, first offense, not selling just personal use. What do you think would be the case for me? Also if I were to go to prison for 5 years, how long would you assume that to be? Because I always see friends not serving near the amount of time they were supposed to. your a grow op .........based on the size of the op here is what is going to happen
1 u are going to take 15k and get a lawyer on retainer and leave 10k for him to use to post bail for your release
this is just to make life easier later ......once the lawyer is on retainer u still must talk in hypothetical until u get busted ......so any ? u ask him say in theroy what
2 tune the grow to what he said .......medical use and supplying for it can be a excuse and defense but the number of plants must be small
if u are running a money maker
1 get the lawyer as above
2 insulation of u and the money and the weed is a must u need to find cut off men willing to stand in court and say yah it was me (but this requires a large amount of cash to take care of him and family while doing time)
3 u are going to need away to clean the money and show a form of income without it being drug money (anything paid with drug money can be seized and taken ....up to u to prove it was not drug money) .......i like silver trade .(double check the spending limit before triggering a federal review of transaction ) then u buy silver coins and bars from several different places for half that limit stock it up and then resale it back once the price has gone up to cover the transaction fees so u get money back (u can wait longer for higher return) ...........but silver coins and bars are not smelly like cash (drug dogs can hit on high amounts of cash as it has traces of drugs on them ) ......worst case u bury it some place off your land hidden encase get busted they can not seize it

working the system
1 u take the hit u go in and work the system
2 good time .......like 10 days a month u can earn once u are classified and placed into gen pop
3 the ROTC program .......it is like boot camp in jail doing the program for 9 10 months gets u out .......but u need good time and no combative on arrest/charge/time in jail
4 other programs (church school doctors jobs) what ever some of them have good time added on with them some do not .......but they all look good to release board
5 keep head down do not start shit but do not take shit ........learn who is who before u do anything (always a rotation in classification u will meet ppl that have been in gen pop ask them what is what before u get to your block........they will tell u what is going on for a trade of some food item )
6 your going to get asked where are your papers with in a few hours of getting to your block .......give them up otherwise someone will go tho your shit looking for them .......they want to see the charge u are in there for .........making sure not a kiddie fucker or anything does not belong on the block ........after that put them away u done the dance until u move to a new block
7 work on your chess and spades game .......they do not play when it comes to that
counter measures
1 set the grow up to burn ..........rig up a sprinkler system with denature alc ........this one only kicks on when u want it too.......set up blocks between u and the cops given u 20 secs to hit the button release the fuel and spark it .......burn everything down so only charge with that getting less time then growing
2 same thing using a propain system .........u rig it up to the walls shooting jets .....if u go this far u can flame proof the walls ceiling and floor
3 set the grow op off site away from where u are ........only going to it when u know it needs work ......rig up a remote viewing system and alarm( they sell ones that will call numbers u program into not a biz or cops) .....this gives u a jump to get out of the area before the warrants go over the system
4 anything u order for soil augments and feeds need to be placed in 1 trash bag with only that stuff u take it and dump it in a big dumpster day before it gets cleaned out (fast food place 20 miles away from grow site)
5 trim leaves and bho/iso leaves.........all this gets dried out crushed up and mixed back into the soil u have cooking (no soil then it gets mixed all crushed up into compost pile in someone else yard at 2 am)
6 stalks stems branches .........burn them (leaves smell stalks do not)
7 your house hold trash is just that it gets nothing to do with weed in at all ......your grow op trash is just that no house hold trash at all no papers no addresses nothing but what was stated before ......mixing the 2 is a death blow as it links u in the court system
8 your trash once it is placed outside on curb to be collected it is free ....they do not need a warrant to go take it and look tho it ......rem this be anal about this if any ? get a tarp break it open and double check
9 when can always pay with cash .......when no choice a 1 time use prepaied card (use the money on it then throw away get a new one never recharge it ) ........to get these u use mom and pops stores with shitty video camrea system (tapes recycle every 24h 72h or 30 days) buy the card wait 30 days use the card no way to trace back to u(federal limit ......was 4000 so no more then 3999 on any one card at any given time.....i heard them talking of lowering it to 1500 check )

prime raiding times are from about 1 am to 7 am ........they are shooting for ppl to be in deep rem sleep so it takes them few secs to wake up and react giving them the tactical advanage
benn raided before in teen years and i messed around with a ex swat officer ..well she was still on the force when i met her (quit becuase the other officers were dirty and worried she would get left out to die as she was not dirty)......she was a VA swat
