Rootballs? Man this just sux. That's just wrong period. You'll get through it but, this entire story just reeks of the failure of humanity and justice. I quit growing my little bit of like 1 or 2 plants just for personal just because the stress of knowing I could get popped was driving me nuts. Murica is insane. Best of luck bud. I wouldnt want people to know my name or address if i was doing what who says he is.
even if cannabis is legal,there are still a lot of potential risks involved to him and his family
i know other people who would love to brag about having a huge grow or dispensary but there throwing caution to the wind.
i wouldnt want to be named as the owner/grower its to easy for people to muscle in.fair enough im in the nw u.k and wouldnt show any1 a fukin birds nest coz theyd want all eggs in it.

NO! By ruling of the State supreme court.
The state AG Bill Schutte said, He would pass on the prosecution of dispensaries, leaving it up to local prosecutors as to what they intended to do for their jurisdiction.

Sadly Schutte has through relations with the republican controlled House and Senate (along with the staunchly Republican Appellate and Supreme courts) had the law changed or "re interpreted". All levels of the law so anyone can be charged with crimes very easily! Your allowed to grow up to 12 plants for a non caregiver single patient. How quickly do you go over 2.5 zips of dry product when growing even 1 plant?

If you are a patient, and you live with others in the home. It had better be in a "locked container" and hidden so no one in said home has "access" to it!

If the pigs find it. What do YOU think they'll write in the report? Their word against a law breaker? You loose!

83 prosecutors up for re-election this year with no strait party votes....when I can't sleep at night I picture us coming together and removing a large percentage of them....
