Its so much easier to manage vert than horizontalAnd seems to me easier to manipulate then a scrog.

When things work beyond your expectations, it IS exciting!Totally. I'd been having a few low yield runs and my first vert run last time boosted it back up to the lb mark, but I made a few mistakes, even the run I have going now in vert will yield more again, but I'm really looking forward to see these rdwc ones go, as they are going to be mucho bigger going into flower. It's quite exciting.
Shhhhhhh! Don't tell everyone! Its so much easier to manage vert than horizontal![]()
It's the last ill speak of it, others will catch on soon enoughShhhhhhh! Don't tell everyone!
That was my point, easier access and also more lower growth potential I would assume. I have had plants that if in a scrog would have had their lower branches cut off but those lower ones produced huge bud sites. Lighting will be the next thing I would think to improve yield with COB's being directional. A wall of COBS so to speakSCRoG = Screen of Green
All we've done is tilt the screen up so you can get at it. Saves a bit of space, as well. Turns out that plants LIKE growing up- who knew?![]()

Oh right your doing the COB thing lol. I may hit you up for some build advice actually if I ever slow down enough to consider doing one.Don't you be stealin' my thunder now!
If I had funds id be going cob. Thinking of getting one to use in veg. How many watts you think to replace a 400w mh?Don't you be stealin' my thunder now!
Honestly, I'm more comfortable recommending that you look into building your own with the help of people here on the forum. You'll get a light with better spectrum and more efficiency for a lot less money. If I had funds id be going cob. Thinking of getting one to use in veg. How many watts you think to replace a 400w mh?
I've been recommended this one.

Yeah I should do that, I've got Sparky mates that will be more than willing to help show me what to do. Might just need help with the right spectrums colors etc.Honestly, I'm more comfortable recommending that you look into building your own with the help of people here on the forum. If you've got someone with electrical experience, this will be a cakewalk.Yeah I should do that, I've got Sparky mates that will be more than willing to help show me what to do. Might just need help with the right spectrums colors etc.
Yes dude, 5 years of success with just Canna Coco plus+ although I do now have the odd clay pebble in there from when I used autopots and now I add perlite and soon to increase perlite % when the new room is ready.I have a question about coco coir. I've used it once before and didn't know much about it. I know it has a couple special unique factors but for some reason I can't imagine using only coco coir. I mixed mine with dirt instead of using perlite. I had a shitty grow bc all the othe factors were not right. Has anyone had success using only coco coir?
And what do u think? Tupur is that shit huh? LolYes dude, 5 years of success with just Canna Coco plus+ although I do now have the odd clay pebble in there from when I used autopots and now I add perlite and soon to increase perlite % when the new room is ready.
That's not to say the level of success as some of these guys above(quantity wise)... god damn look at their grows!!
But yeah its piss easy to use coco on its own. Nice and airy, low chance of over watering and naturally buffers with the added bonus of containing some weird named Trichoderma which help prevent disease. Overall better root system. Never seen a root issue in the time ive used it.
Did I mention reusable? With Coco you know what you are feeding your plant exactly so you have complete control.
Its the god damn sexual tyrannosaurus of soil like mediums (not soil)
and yeah if it seems like ive just been reading the website, I have, just been comparing the Canna coco to the royal gold tupur!
Yeah Afgan king it seems so, not that I have issues with canna but it does look the Dogs ball bags that tupur. Hard for me to compare my 3x 600w cooltube grows to yours mind you! But since I'm changing room, slowly looking to change lights I think I will be giving that tupur a go too. Looking forward to all this change! On a side note they have some awesome looking trees in Humboldt (wooden trees)!! haAnd what do u think? Tupur is that shit huh? Lol
