He failed to present the Merits, I'm talking about the underlying investigation case, there is no public record because it was dismissed and the items returned. I already made sure my case can not be considered frivolous, it is a case as per the case or controversy Clause.
Oh. Got a link for your assertion that the items were returned?

In any event, my point was that citing a case that was dismissed might not be very persuasive in court. And I'm sure you noticed it was Dismissed without Prejudice. What does that tell you?

And the RLUIPA defines religion as "Any exercise of Religion, whether or not compelled by, or Central to, a system of Religious Belief"

I don't need it in court. It is just to prove to people like you guys that we won't go to jail for what we do, and while it was dismissed for his ignorance of Merits, the DEA was still effected by it.

I'm talking specifically about the Kerr case, not yours. You claimed that the Kerr case was dismissed and the items returned. If that's not what you meant, that's cool.

So you're affiliated with the Church of Neuroscience and that other one?
From the few pages of this masterpiece of a thread I've combed over, I'd venture a guess that he's most likely the Grand Imperial Wizard of the Church of Neuroscience. Probably has a scepter to fucking prove it.

I used to jack off to footage of his mom touching his junk during a drunken game of pool. Some black guy was selling the videos on reddit.

It was dismissed and items returned. He just didn't get to move forward with the lawsuit for lack of Merits. And I am a Parishonier of the Church of Neuroscience, a Minister with the other one, and I am starting a Hindu Temple. And the 2 Churches accept all Religions, so they don't contradict each other.

I'm pretty sure most of the stuff online about the Church of Neuroscience was written by me though, lol. Not many other members share stuff online.

I burned it to the ground. Put a cardboard box filled with gasoline in the oven we have and set the time for it to turn on to 2am. The igniter clicked at 2 and that was it. Still in talks with he insurance company but I think I'm good.
Shouted from the rooftops? I mentioned it a few times, but I hardly shared it like I share plenty of other things. And a week ago my stuff was in a Forensic Lab, that case proves it shouldn't be there and no charges should ever be filed on any of the Church Parishioners.
