Advice on light cycle?

I set up my grow tent 3 days ago and have the lights turn on at 12 p.m. and turn off at 6 a.m. but I wanted to reverse it and have the lights kick off at 12 a.m. and come on at 6 a.m. is it too late to change the cycle on the plants? They have been in there for 3 days already. Will the plants be shocked if i change the cycle on them. I wish I had just done it like that in the first place. I want to change it because it fits my schedule better.

How old are your plants? I'd say turn them on at 12 give them a full 24 hours then go from there with your cycle. Im on my firsts grow and I think at the start I changed my light times 3 times. No harm was done

If you set up your tent 3 days ago im guessing you light schedule has only been going for 3 days?? If so and you adamant this is whats better for you to manage the grow then do it now! Wether its going into extra night cycle or day just do it. But really we need to know how old your plants are and if theyre autoflower or not.

For all I know he's put flowering plants into a tent... Nothing surprises me on this site anymore

The plants i have in there are little baby clones. Ill go ahead and do it. Thanks guys!
