Got a couple bag seeds that I decided to experiment with for my first grow. Currently at day 48. They seem to be pretty small, but I guess it's relatively ok considering my setup. I'm using FFOF, 4x100w cfls 6500k, homemade co2 converter, and general hydroponics nutrients. I have about 2.5 feet of grow space. I've used the topping and lst method on one, and fimed and slightly lst'd the other. Here's a few pics of the grow space and the plants as of today. Any and all help or comments are welcome!

Looking good right now . They look healthy . I would start 12/12 flower cycle now . You don't have much power as in the way of lights . You can grow bigger plants after you are able to buy better light system . Time to READ everything and learn .

Agreed ^^^^^^ if you are stuck with CFL only , then maximize your lights .

Surround your plants , and they will thank you :bigjoint:MIXED SPECTRUM
I actually like growing with these - mostly since i do smaller grows , i prefer the lighter heat issue and can run 24/0 or 18/6 without issue.

Looks good. How long do you plan on vegging? You will need ore light than that to support a few plants.
Hey, thanks! I was actually thinking about flipping them in the next few days. And also will be installing an additional 2 bulbs. I know I don't have much space to work with so now would be best huh? As far as nutrients go should I start transitioning next feeding, which will probably in the next day or so.

Thanks, I'm definitely going to be flipping them after the next feeding so within the next day or 2. Any tips as far as nutrients for flowering?

That's a dope little set up man! You're creative I'll give you points for that and look at those plants all healthy and green. You did a great job topping and tying that one down you'll be glad you did that when you switch to flower. Since you're using CFL's that's best to do since they don't have good light penetration so remember to keep them close.

You could totally add some LED strip lighting around the side to boost the amount of light you got in there!

Happy growing man keep up the good work I'd love to see what you could do with a real grow tent!

I Truly appreciate that! I was pretty nervous at first, it was kinda hard to cut the plant in the beginning lol. But after lots of reading and surfing youtube, I saw the benefits and proof that gave me that push.. Yea I really want to do something about the lighting. Is there a certain type of led lighting strips that you'd recommend.

Update!!

I'm 2.5 weeks into flower now, one of them turned out to be a make. So I transplanted the remaining one from a .5 gallon pot to a 1 gallon pot, seeing that I had the room now. Still using GH nutrients, I've also added molasses and koolbloom. The lst technique is turning out well imo, and also this is the one I fim'd. Not looking for a crazy yield just wanted to start off small and learn the science behind and practice the techniques before investing too much. Well here she is day 70 week 2.5 of flower
