Feeding a load of just water, wouldn't that just waste the nutes I've put in and the plants need to feed? I think ill flush Saturday then start bigger feeds hopefully Sunday to run off but light nutes still until there big enough to handle more, these cost me a fortune ain't waiting them flushing them away, and wont flushing with just water effect the buffers ect in my coco I think instead of flushing ill give more water and feed to run off check ph run off and then if needed flush makes more sence coz theres no symptoms to suggest they need flushing yet

Thanks but I'm a newbie first grower I don't think I could keep transplanting without damaging ect next time I'll use smaller pots to start it off, I guess I'm gonna have to veg for a while to hit the sides of the monster pots I'm using:) I was at 1200 watt mh for my grow tent the tents 2.4 by 1.2 but I've turned it down to 800 for now coz I think I might of been getting a bit of stress even though temp been great at 79 and humidity at 50
Don't be afraid to make some small braces while seedlings are in the toothpick range. I use various sized bamboo skewers with a pipecleaner wrapped around them. You should have a fall-over rate close to zero % if you brace properly.

Good luck, BigSteve with yet another reason to make your life easier via the clone domes.

Thanks I will Defoe grab some bamboo and string I'm gonna tie them too when I top etc, I just noticed on 2 of the plants that's there looks like a strand of grass growing?? Could this be that I over fed and roots were trying to find oxygen coz of the big pots I'm using? Ive just left it at the mo, have you experienced this before? Don't want to pull it for in case it harms the plants so I'm thinking maybe best thing would be to dry it out but to be honest I haven't a clue what to do about it any help is much appreciated thanks

Yes, it is not unusual to find some weird plant sprouting. Pull it. It will never turn into cannabis and can only hurt your plants.

I use MiracleGro Potting Mix and will find one or 2 of these mystery plants for every 10 plants. Like you, I was curious so I let one grow out a couple weeks. The plant has strange 5-sided leaves that look like little shields. Whatever it is it don't do anything positive. So out it goes.

Good luck, BigSteve.

Thanks mate I will pull them now:) was a bit worried it was roots reaching to get oxygen or something because of the big pots and large feeds thanks again
