Who has tested them and where is that data?
I'm running my cxb3590 at about 75 watts per cob I figured larger the better I'm not sure the 140mm pin fins or smaller cant handle it. I figured it's better to play it safe I've seen info somewhere where there is specs on how much heat watts and at what size on someone's website but I don't recall I think most of them are about 50 watts

I just ordered 16 of Pacific Light Concepts heat sinks and with shipping my price was $18.48 each. That is with his discount code.

That seems like a dang good price to me.
If I went with the standard 38 inch heat sink in 5.88 from Heat Sinks USA it would cost me $88.8 with their cheapest shipping. Of course I am hit with state taxes which is $5.03. So for 4 heat sinks from PLC my cost is $73.92 or $14.88 cheaper than Heat Sinks USA.

That should more than cover any cost for angled bracket that is needed to link the PLC heat sinks together. Plus it is a better heat sink and predrilled for the chip holder and reflector mount.

Cant say with Jerry as I have not dealt with him but PLC seems to be pretty easy to deal with. The longest I waited for a email reply was just a couple of hours and most were way quicker than that.
