Bro i didnt breed that one. Picked it up from the breeder killer mike in portland. My first run with it but it clones fast and ended up a really nice looking plant.Hey Doc, i have aquired a cut of what was sold to me as: Supercut's Pink Lemonade.
From a dispensary called "Doctors Orders" in sacramento a few weeks ago. Any chance its the same cut as the one you bred? The color, smell & taste of what you describe sounds appealing, know i just need to find out if its the true "pink lemonade" strain that i have or if the search continues.
should be a Christmas cookies cross, I did a lower branch on that plant...Going to the Dentist this moring going to start fixing what they can before i end up like my memaw and have that shit damn near kill me like her. Had one infected last week but looks like my body already took care of that so hopfully they will start removing shit today. Might be down a couple days we will see. Got a doobie with some of @BobBitchen fireballs and a gram of hash so shouldnt be feeling to much pain when i get there. No man i have seen another local grower here talk about the plants nit liking the cold nights. That is bull shit he is locking out his plants is all. I have had plants oyr for months now just put pastic on last week. You would be fine with out all of that imolooks great man, do you use any form of heating in there when its cooler weather? im thinking the same sort of setup with a cement slab with hot water pipes in it for central heating, i run a potbelly all winter 24/7 so could wrap copper piping around the potbelly to heat the slab, do you use supplemental lighting in it too?
i have a similar setup but not in use at this moment, i extend the daylight hrs with cfl late into the outdoors season, also i start the season much earlier with the supplemented light, i must cover it with a 2 sided tarp, silver one side dark green the other so neighbours do not see the lights going into late at night or starting up early in the morning, gotta be punctual in removing or adding the cover but man it pays dividends with the lengthened season, i just cant do middle of the winter cos just too cold here, thats why im looking @ central heating the greenhouseNo man i have seen another grower here takk about the plants nit liking the cold nights. thanks for the heads up.......and keep them in the not to good category.Went from banana laffytaffy in veg to hay. Has good med propertys though
Right on. Sucks about the neighbors or you could heat with 1k lights day time and use water mass to radiate heat at nighti have a similar setup but not in use at this moment, i extend the daylight hrs with cfl late into the outdoors season, also i start the season much earlier with the supplemented light, i must cover it with a 2 sided tarp, silver one side dark green the other so neighbours do not see the lights going into late at night or starting up early in the morning, gotta be punctual in removing or adding the cover but man it pays dividends with the lengthened season, i just cant do middle of the winter cos just too cold here, thats why im looking @ central heating the greenhouse
exactly! but i think when i get the heated floor i will be able to plough right through winter...essentially opening up another crop i can fit into a year, & thats gotta be a good thing lolRight on. Tap and filter water are both dead on at 7 pH. Great water here, about 50 ppm right out of the tapcold weather will induce purpling...it's normal
unless your water is way off neutral (7.0), there's no need to ph in soil.

Thank you! Could well be a watering when cold issue as I MIR'd the day before. I'm pretty good about not over watering, almost never do any liquids unless it's dry about 1.5 inches below the surface. So it could just be a combination giving you the purple stems and leaves. I would not sweat it right now. It will get warm and go away most likely but there are a couple considerations. First don't over water while it is cool it will exhibit a lot of the same symptoms. Dig in the soil to make certain you don't have root aphids. And finally it could just be genetic but I doubt it from the pics. The bear creek kush I gave RM3 and dc will grow kind of like that all the time but that you have to learn the plant.
White Rhino I just got a big big bag of it today very big old buds,Indoor buds BUT IT NEVER LAST LONG TILL ITS PACKED OFF JUST THE WAY I LIKE IT THOE..GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR GROW..KYSo I'm doing and outdoor grow a little over an hour north of you, of White Rhino and after the three days of wonderfully hot 90 + Sun we got last week, it got cold and a couple of nights it dropped to below 50. After it chilled off, both of my plants had some purple show up some of the fan leafs. Here's an image of one of them.

That was the morning after the first night under 50. The second night gave me a several more. They have now been moved inside of an night as the next few nights are also going to be under 50 degrees.
This is troubling to me as they had been out in nights colder than that before with no purple on the leafs. Could the three hot days followed by the cold be the reason they got some purple? Only on the older/lower fan leafs. A tiny bit of purple also showed up in only a FEW pre-flowers calyx.
This strain is a purple stem strain, has been from the first day I got it. You can see them here.

I've had the clones just over 4 weeks, pulled 4 clones total off them about 2 weeks ago. When they came from the dispensary they had purple stems and have stayed true to that. I've also go in and looked at the other WR clones they have from the same grower (twice to be accurate) and they too had the purple stems. Riddle has said several times he's sure that it's genetics and a phosphorus def that creates them. They aren't sinks, it's the whole plant.
i bring that up to show that it might very well be genetics.
All the reading I've done on purple leafs have basically said it is one of 4 things.
1) Weather below 50 degrees makes it harder for plants to uptake phosphorus.
2) Phosphorus being locked out due to a pH imbalance
3) Genetics of the plant is purple.
4) Phosphorus def
I'm "almost" confident that their feeding is going well, mostly using @RM3 system of MIR and feed method for "Happy Plants". I even "made it rain" the day before this started with a follow up of 3 cups RD/gal feed. Medium is FF dirt. Nutes are GH FloralNova "Grow" at 7-4-10 and they are up to eating about a 50% RD at a feeding. The GH brings the pH down to the high 5's. The MIR goes in at about 6 pH and I have spritzed them on occasion with some 7 pH filtered cold water that's 1 cup rd/gal.
I'm bringing this up here as I read your earlier comments on cold and plants in this thread. I'm really trying to figure out the root cause of my purple leafs. If you have any insight I'd greatly appreciate some feed back. I'd be amazed if it was a p def. Just doesn't seem likely. Could be a lock out, I'm not sure what I've done from a pH feed/water perspective is at the best levels for soil.
Thanks for any time on this one as I'm stumped. I'm in the "be patient and don't do shit" mode. Two days of standing down and my noob "I'm going to kill it with love" trigger finger is getting itchy
Thank you. And if it is "flying off the shelves" then I am all the more happy that I'm growing it!White Rhino I just got a big big bag of it today very big old buds,Indoor buds BUT IT NEVER LAST LONG TILL ITS PACKED OFF JUST THE WAY I LIKE IT THOE..GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR GROW..KY
I've been getting some purple growing tips and leaf drooping on my early flower light dep plants outside here in WA. Night temps around 40 a few nights. Frustrating, but such is the life of an outdoor grower, I am in 'be patient and don't do shit mode' as well (better than panic, over react and cause more problems mode), warmer temps coming next week and things should work themselves out.So I'm doing and outdoor grow a little over an hour north of you, of White Rhino and after the three days of wonderfully hot 90 + Sun we got last week, it got cold and a couple of nights it dropped to below 50.
