Looking healthy as. Been doing a bunch of maintenance and cleaning here. Want to get some of the GB98 x Vortex down along with some SinCity crosses. Thinking of putting some Quantum Kush and Conspiracy Kush down as well. Gonna try to grab a couple bags of promix later so I can do so

So I have 4 TGA kaboom going, they are 2.5 months old. ALL of then showed female Preflowers under my 18/6 veg cycle. Now I'm a week or so into flower and one of them (my favorite of course) is spitting out actually male flowers. My question is, is this a true male even tho in PREFLOWER it showed female? Should I use it to make seeds? I'm leaning towards no but it makes me sad to kill it.

well, first off lets not post in a bunch of threads with the same question please and thanks.
Pics is what most people will want to see whats going on. Id say no if for sure it had white preflower hairs showing and now its growing male, no do not use it for pollen.
But red hairs in preflower is a dif story imo. But Im not expert here.

Anywhoo ive got 2 maybe 3 locomotion seedings, one of them fell right over out of the pot, rotted at the stem base. well I took the whole thing as a clone and have to wait and see if it roots.

First pic are the new balls. Next two are attempting to shoe the older preflowers, terrible.pics I know, but trust me.

I know it probly seems like a dumb question, is it a true male. Of course its not, right. But I've also read that you can't trust preflowers in veg sometimes. And it has gone 100% male from about 2/3 s of the way up, to the top.

ETA, I double posted my original question because
A) tga related, tga thread.
B) bodhi thread gets a lot more traffic and has a ton of knowledge. Plus I had talked about these plants in that thread before.

I do apologize for the double post, I have deleted the one in bodhi thread.

That looks male to me. Are you sure you seen pistils? I didn't notice any pistils just nuts. If you do use him to make seeds unless you want a ton of F2's I'd suggest moving him ASAP. A little pollen goes a long way.

I think as long as it doesnt fully develop female pistils youd be good to use the pollen. But if the bottom parts for some reason do fully develop female buds and the top is male I wouldnt use the pollen.

I just had a male that I grew hermie from stress I think (I cut 3/4 of it right before flower, left one tiny bottom shoot just messing around).
It had both sets alternating in different spots. Full on white hair areas and full on sac areas.

Wait another week or two and I think youll know if its fully developed female on the bottom, should know by week 3 I would think.

Also apologies for being to harsh to judge, kind of assumed you had posted it in more threads after seeing it in two- just a coincidence its two I follow. My bad

Awesome thanks for the responses. As stated, it CLEARLY showed female in veg. Those pics are shitty I know, but they're are pistils up to about 2/3s of the way. Then just noticed the balls a few days ago.

I think I'm going to kill it. Don't wanna spread the hermies. I just wish it had shown male originally because I did really wanna f2 the kabooms and cross it with an Ak47 I got in there too. The smell and taste when I trim a leaf on the ak is straight cherries. I'm thinkin it must be the cherry pheno :hump::hump: one can only hope.
