Frozen tomatoes huh? You know that is something I don't think I've ever done freeze tomatoes.

How do they compare to canned? We used to make stewed tomatoes, and ketchup but the family was pretty plain vanilla. When I grew up I'd can salsa. But finally figured canning the tomatoes and using those for a table sauce worked better.

My cuz has a degree in horticulture...and a garden store. He starts everything for me but weed...
Gotta toss the family some biz and all. He sells dozens of varieties.
