First grow. Trying to navigate but pictures aren't popping up?

So I'm getting a few different answers to my problem. The tips of my leaves are turning yellow. Everything I have searched leaves me unsure. So I'll attempt to post a pic with hopes someone with knowledge will help.

Using Sensi Grow 2ml per watering. Watering every other day. Just transplanted and bumped up to 4 ml. Leave were starting to turn before I transplanted and bumped up nutes.

They are pretty young, think you may be overfeeding. What is the ppm of your solution your giving them?

Well hell. My light chain somehow ended broke and destroyed all of the peppermint kush. So I have this Malana Bomb left. FML.

I will follow up on this thanks. It appears to have only effected the peppermint. And that is no longer a problem. Thanks!

I am pretty sure after watching them a few day this is it. So a flush? That's seems to be the fix I read about.

Yea just flush those girls and they should be fine. Easy problem to fix.

Update. I mentioned my light chain broke and burned up my plants. I was able to rivive one!! After a few flushes. And changed nutes.( was using hydro nutes) oops. She is doing well. Thanks for the info. Have more new sprouts too. So next grow will be better. I hope.... She chilling with her neighbors today.
