Lemon skunk 8 weeks flowering

I have a lemon skunk 8 weeks into flowering, the bottom Bud site pistils have started browning yet the top has all white pistils. I know it's getting close to harvest so just needed some advice on how much longer I am looking forward to.

Yeah it has been a slow flowerer, is there any way to speed it up?

I growing the same thing for the first time myself,the web site i got the seeds from said 8 to 10 weeks.From the light flip to 12 hours i would expect to harvest in 10 to 12 weeks.

Yeah everything I've been reading states this strain goes longer than what the breeder says! I was beginning to wonder if I was doing something wrong, it looks healthy just slow. By far the slowest I've grown

Well where did you buy the seeds? Lemon skunk usually comes in a few phenotypes, one of them is a longer flowering sativa type which would explain the slow bloom. Look up "phenotypes"

If I remember correctly got it from DNA, I've read the different phenotypes so I think this one is the tall but slow to flower phenotype

Low yield and long flowering times. This is what happens with cfls unfortunately.

I've grown Lemon Skunk from both DNA and GHS. GH has a more indica leaning, more lemony version, but Lemon Skunk from DNA has a longer flowering time and a skunky smell/taste. They are totally different imo.

Yeah smells very skunky, how much time do you estimate?

I grow with a 600 hps in my closet 3 plus weeks but i would look with a scope

It gets way more lemony after a long cure. By the shape of the calyxes, I think you have at least 4 weeks till harvest.
