Being a supervisor working on construction site

that would depend on the employer...why not ask the prospective employer....

youll probably without a doubt be drug tested though and after any accident as well

Thinking about going to school for heavy machinery operation. My city is second in construction growth behind Houston.

doint you have to like work in construction before you can just show up and say hey im your supervisor now

i would think a hands on job like that you earn your respect by years of service and moving up the ladder rather than an educational standpoint and coming in right out of college

College degrees will always get you supervisory positions. How high up depends.

i didnt work construction but when i worked at the train yard, the guys all had educational training but you started at the bottom, and worked your way up
you didnt just apply for supervisor and getit. the men who worked there for the last 30 + years did because they knew more regardless of the fancy college diploma

Guise it depends on the job. Construction engineers usually have university degrees and are always above grunts.
