Usually this time outdoors I have to labor to get water to my plants. This yr... im laboring to pull water out of my holes in the ground. We are just getting dumped on with rain. :(

Ok soooo here is my question. Im having a hard Time with a few of my plants having N deficiency. I feed them and then the rain washes it out. Plus... I know uptake problems happen when soil is too wet.

Would a foilar spray work better for my issue right now. Ive read how half gardeners dont even think foilar works at all.

Thanks.

Absolutely I floral feed all the time with great results. If you can find some axiom by rx green solution mix it in your mix, shits awesome. Find some bat guano and top dress that will help, coffee grinds, there are a few slow release nitrogen ferts out there. Start with 1/4 strength feed early right after lights on and move up slowly, good luck my friend.

Thanks...I have slow release ferts in there...but ...SOOOOO much rain. My p and k levels are dead on but not my N. I have cow bat and chicken manure in there. Heck I even tried urea...but it washed out too. Ok I will spray my babies down and see....

Ganja,

If u have some room at the base ,make a collar around the trunk.
Fill it with more of your time release.

Did you remove any of the native clay ?( always thought of taking a couple days and making a huge bag of hydroton :P)

If you're having drainage problems also you might have to expand that and make another mound around the base and a trench.

Oh yes definetly keep them, just was thinking the shrubs looked under nourished.
Feeding them so they become lush vegetation will not only serve your need for drainage but you can also bank nutrients there.
