h2o2 or Physan 20? Suggestions?

I clean at the end of each run, just throw some bleach or H2O2 (if I have it) into the system and run it for a day then rinse and fill with plants. I shut down in summer so come fall everything gets scrubbed by the girlfriend (she's good at cleaning lol). I do prefer H2O2, it seems quicker to get it out, bleach seems to still be there after rinsing and I have to let it sit longer, could be just the odour though.

I use isopropyl alcohol and H2O2 for cleaning at the moment. But I'm switching to an ozone generator.

Do you use FK between res changes like the directions say too?
