Mr. Sessions (for himself, Mr. Stivers, Mr. Meehan, Mr. Donovan, Mr. Dent, Mr. Simpson, and Mr. Buck) submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform

So, I am not sure exactly how long it will take for this to get decided on, but it has been introduced as a Bill. And this is serious, it's not a joke. This is Congress' actual website (Below). It was submitted by a Republican from Texas.

There are 12 Cosponsors, so far most are Republican. I really don't understand why, as an Art form seems like something Democrats would be more in to protecting, but this should be able to get unanimous bipartisan support.

The Democrats are doing a Filibuster for Gun Control because of Orlando right now (it ended last night, but they are going forward with voting now), but the Republicans don't seem like they are going to let it pass. But some of the Republicans are saying that they have wanted to make sure Terrorists couldn't get guns for a while, they just want there to be a way for people to get their names off the lists if they are wrongly put on the list. So it could happen or it could not, but it probably won't, because of Mitch McConnel type Republicans.

If they actually pass that Bill into law it could inform some Memorials and Statues and Monuments, etc. so it could actually effect the Nation. I mean if they consider Magic a National Treasure that would actually be something, it's not like America would just be completely the same after that, some things would change.

And Theurgy is already protected because Religion is protected, but to recognize Magic as a rare and valuable Art form would further extend Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Expression protection. So Theurgy would be further protected under the law as an Art form, not just under the Constitution and not just as Religion under the law.

The drug laws (the Controlled Substances Act) are in violation of the Free Exercise Clause of the Constitution, similar to how it violates this same Clause in Native American and Santo Diame cases. The 21st Amendment was ratified in 1933 The drug laws at that time were based on the Harrison Narcotics Tax act, which did not make narcotics illegal but taxed them and limited importation from foreign countries. Around this time most every drug could be bought at a Drug store, and much of the time it would be in syrup form and mixed with Soda. This is where Coca-Cola comes from, which was originally made with the Coca leaf.

Before RLUIPA, RFRA’s definition made reference to the First Amendment. See §2000bb– 2(4) (1994 ed.) (defining “exercise of religion” as “the exercise of religion under the First Amendment”). In RLUIPA, in an obvious effort to effect a complete separation from First Amendment case law, Congress deleted the reference to the First Amendment and defined the “exercise of religion” to include “any exercise of religion, whether or not compelled by, or central to, a system of religious belief.” §2000cc–5(7)(A). And Congress mandated that this concept “be construed in favor of a broad protection of religious exercise, to the maximum extent permitted by the terms of this chapter and the Constitution.” §2000cc– 3(g)."

The United States Government is based on the Masonic Temple Structure (Read the Papers of Benjamin Franklin), the Grand Master Mason is elected, the goal of the Masons is to make everyone equal, that is why they dress the same, so no one knows who makes what amount of money. The metaphor is that there is a wall with one brick missing in a random spot, and you are being shaped to fit in that spot.
In the Franklin Papers there is a quote from another book, then Benjamin Franklin expands on it. The quote Paraphrased says: Abraham was not Lord Abraham Baron of Cannan, nor was there a Queen Sarah. It was not Princess Mary, they were all simple animal grazers living their lives.
Then Benjamin Franklin goes on to say about the quote: No man is born with a Title, and should not be given one that the people did not vote to give him.
And all the Symbols on the back of the Dollar, those come from Nicholas Roerich, and there are entire museums dedicated to Nicholas Roerich, but it is all kept somewhat of a secret.They believed he had like the Holy Grail or the Sorcerer's Stone or something, but he was a real person and he is still considered like really important to groups like the Masons.
And the reason the Christians call the Freemasons Satanic is because they take you in a room, and you can't have any metal items: Coins, Necklaces, and what gets a lot of Christians is the Wedding Ring, and that puts up red flags for the Christians. Then they make you swear that you have a Higher Power, but it does not have to be Jesus, you can be Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, Pagan, or even Alcoholics Anonymous. Abrahamic Religion is mostly anti-Magic, Jewish tradition does have some Magic, but it is mostly prayers to God. Christianity and especially Islam are anti-Magic. For example, in one verse (Exodus 22:18 ) it says that you shall not permit a sorceress/witch to live, but in a verse near that a notable person goes and talks to a dead relative using a sorceress. And in Christianity it says that Jesus is the way the truth and the light, so drawing from anything else is considered to be not Christ, and while Jesus never really mentions Satan a lot, he does meet with him a few times, and from that Christians interpret that anything that isn't Jesus is directly a source of Satan. Then Muslims have Talismans to keep Magic from working, or to keep Magic from effecting them, and prayers to call Angels down from Heaven.

Then in traditions like Hinduism, or Paganism, or Zoroastrianism, or other traditions that recognize multiple Gods, drawing from more than once source of God is considered normal.

And most "Magic" is really just Mnemonics (Memory enhancing devices), Knowing of the Calendar and Planets, Different Skills in Different Arts (from Music, to History, to Poetry, to Hymns), and knowing the Properties of different plants.

Imhotep was the Vizier of a Pharaoh (Par'Oh, was actually just the Palace's name where Holy people/animals lived, the person we all call Pharaoh because of the Bible was really just the King, think about it: King Tut, King Scorpion, not Pharaoh) and while other Viziers would do things like cut the head off a chicken and see what symbol it stopped on, or read Entrails, or used other forms of Bird, Animal, Water, Fire, etc Divination, Imhotep used those things but also used to read ancient books (And he was alive around 2,500-3,000 BC, so these books were ancient even to him, making them really old) in order to solve the problems of the modern time.

Now people say knowledge is power (then ignore their own advice), and it is more of a normal thing. But they considered him a great Vizier, which is basically the King's Sorcerer. Imhotep invented Medicine, Surgery, Columns, Stairs, and the first Pyramid.

The same Romans that killed Jesus established Christianity, and everyone thinks it is 2016 now. But if Civilization started 2016 years ago, that puts the beginning of Civilization about 200 years into the Roman Empire. Lol

I've never really studied Aleister Crowley at all. I knew some Wiccans in my home town that were really in to him, but I never got in to Wicca or anything like that. The guy who wrote the book (Israel Regardie) was a Freemason and Rosicrucian that's why I shared the book. I have heard stuff about Crowley though, a lot of people think like Hillary Clinton and the people at Camp David are basically Wiccan.

The name Moloch results from a dysphemic vocalisation in the Second Temple period of a theonym based on the root mlk "king" and lmlk to the king. There are a number of Canaanite gods with names based on this root, which became summarily associated with Moloch, including Biblical מַלְכָּם Malkam "great king" (KJV Milcom), specifically mentioned as a god of the Ammonites, as well as Tyrian Melqart and others. The 'sacrifice' theory is supported by thousands of clay seals stamped with lmlk from the time of King Hezekiah which indicate the term refers to a religious tithe, and the lack of any reference to a specific god named Moloch beyond the extrapolation that the biblical text is using lmlk as a name which is traditional but not supported by other materials (see below under 'Name').

Rabbinical tradition depicted Moloch as a bronze statue heated with fire into which the victims were thrown. This has been associated with reports by Greco-Roman authors on the child sacrifices in Carthage to Baal Hammon,[1] especially since archaeological excavations since the 1920s have produced evidence for child sacrifice in Carthage as well as inscriptions including the term MLK, either a theonym or a technical term associated with sacrifice. In interpretatio graeca, the Phoenician god was identified with Cronus, due to the parallel mytheme of Cronus devouring his children.

Moloch has been used figuratively in English literature from John Milton's Paradise Lost (1667) to Allen Ginsberg's "Howl" (1955), to refer to a person or thing demanding or requiring a very costly sacrifice.

I don't really care what Rituals Government officials are into though. I just think it would be a good law to actually have on the books to further protect freedom of Religion and Expression.
