Yeah those oil caps are awesome for almost any pain. If I need a quick hit I convert most of my crops to sift and just vape a quick hit of that. Interesting mention of MCT, will look into that. I'd read in a couple of spots on how coconut oil is so good on it's own so thought that was the best choice. I use soy lecithin in the mix as well for same reason, it apparently helps the oil/sift mix better as well. I'm treating a friend's father with those caps, have him up to 500mg/day now, mainly for pain (lung cancer) but since they'd written him off I got him slowly up to 500mg/day to see if that would help. He's pretty far gone but you never know. Sry i can't help much with the OP, I can only re-iterate things like DJ Short's Blueberry, deep kushes, I have a 3 Indica blend in the garden atm ( Sweet Seeds Cream Caramel) that I expect to be pretty narcotic, but have not flowered yet...

What I've been doing is mixing up kief from different strains. latest batch has 3x strains in it. I'm thinking mixing them gets a wider range of cannabinoids in there and should be more beneficial. All experimental of course, will be nice if legalization brings some serious research to the table so we can stop guessing at what the best treatment options are.
