In the grow room your god dude, the best front runners should all ways be kept, and the runts or the ones that are ok but just not has good has a couple, its where a lot of new growers go wrong they buy a pack of 5/10 seeds pop the lot and think because they bought 5 or 10 then they have to do all of em,far better just selecting ,the very best.

what am I missing ? what is wrong with that plant may be the pic does not show it .
Its slightly pale and not green enough, first i started with too much organic ferts then quickly moved to straight water. A few days ago it was going yellow but water has greened it up.

Thats enough for me to chop it and start again, to me its a 6 out of 10 max and i can do a lot better.

Obviously my standards are a lot higher than some but thats because i have grown for a long time, seedlings are a passion of mine, i nay care about flowering as a perfect seedling is a real skill ive yet to totally nail down.

I do understand kingrow . also depends on your legal plant numbers . in mi a caregiver is allowed 72 so needless to say that plant would be saved lol .

I'm a crazy man. I would break up the dirt on the double and make 2 out of it. Just by planting the roots free of dirt and untangled. Of course keeping the leaves on. I'm not anywhere near a pro. If I had the room I would try to make them work.

Serated knife straight down the middle of the pot would be easier but these are just testers and only live short lives.

You pick the elite soldiers from all the recruits, but you don't recruit people with flat feet...just sayin....
The flat footed plant might be firmly grounded and ready to take off. Only time gives the answer. I had a runt deliver the best bud once. It was the most dense with little flex when squeezed. Never can tell. If you have the room veg it out for several months. Trimming along the way. Then make it flower. I know time wasted. It might fix itself in a long veg. Your call.

These were more for practice, id have loved them longer but i know i can do better. Maybe this thread might end with a perfect seedling....
Well as I'm still new. I have got great harvests from some bad seedlings. Or even a clone that just took to long to get growing. I do know you know more than I do.

All clones and seedlings will produce perfectly healthy quick growing plants, any slowness or runts are more down to grower error or less than perfect conditions. Of course some of your worse seedlings produced some of your best plants but that only means that somewhere along the line you started to get things more right than wrong.

You are so right.
There is still to much to learn. This grow I'm going to do even more resaerch in this forum to get it the best possible. You tube offers information. I think I can count on all of you here more. To many opinions on the tube. Here straight facts and long term growers. I always gave nuts and sugars till the end. Now I'm going to let it eat the leaves by only giving water as the buds get going. Also going to do real flushes. Never did that in the past. Even my avatars leaves are dark green.

Love you guys.
