The thing about getting that angry in a forum is that once you've pressed the keys hard enough they don't work that well. You end up having to flip the keyboard over and learn how to type backwards. It's just not worth it.

And that's why most of the real veganism organizations stopped supported peta many moons ago

As for the killing of dogs shelters kill as well but no one hates on them for it

But the reality of all the killing from peta , shelters and so on is because people choose to buy from puppy mills or because they don't spay and neuter their dogs and cats

Say what you will about PETA's practice of euthanizing animals (which they routinely do - greatest numbers are street animals in developing countries), they are simply not a for-profit organization, nor are they terrorists.
Someone incredibly close to me works in the directorship of PETA. The level of cruelty this person witnesses directed towards animals on an industrial scale is enough to make most people with any moral fiber sick.
This person is not a terrorist, and they could be earning significantly more money working in the private sector in a legislative capacity.

There are a lot of city/counties that will not adopt those dog out. It doesn't matter breed,age health,age, or temperament. If it looks like a pit bull its dead.
Don't let a personal friendship blind you the terrible ways of peta
a no kill shelter will attempt to find a home from out of city or counties or state should that be the case
No kill shelters are amazing at what they do

Can't do it, Sunni. I'm certainly not on board with a lot of their policies, but Ingrid Newkirk's (Founder) intentions, as well as those reporting directly to her, are correct. They aren't terrorists, and they aren't in it for the money. True story.

For sure, they don't always cover themselves in glory, and I agree they don't always have widespread support of the vegan community either.
That there are several animal welfare organizations to which you can offer support can only be good news going forward.
You're wrong! PETA supports BSL. They support banning, no breeding, and muzzling based on what they look like and thats it.
