Hopefully you already had a visit with the ER Doc. If you cut a peripheral nerve they can be spliced back but the longer you wait the less chance of viability. Go now worry about paying later.

Lol, u guys are funny...not dead..still kickin..9 stitches in Palm and no tendon damage..nerve damage will regenerate (allegedly) not sure if they treatme different if I had insurance butim glad I went in...pulled a tiny piece of glass out of my right hand and big one out of the left...

but not exactly my field.. just wjat ive seen
hopefully not too severe i imagine if they said it would on its own

Awesome pic, saved it to my pc in case a mod deletes it. It's fascinating to watch them ever so carefully pull out those glass shards, isn't it. Like butter. The doc kept asking me if I wanted to watch her do it, and I said hell yes! I want to see what you're doing to me, thanks. Plus, she was sexy ;)

Shit, man, you better be taking care of that. Have you experienced nerve damage of the hand/digits before? It can be....interesting.
(I had a knife jammed through my left hand causing a separation between my index and middle fingers to the point where it was flayed open like a baked potato, and it took forever to heal. My index nail was touching the back of my hand.)

Might be stating the obvious, but you'd better keep that gash SUPER CLEAN and let the fresh air/sun at it accordingly.
