planning on making the move to RI. Can anyone recommend the best towns/areas to live? are there any towns that have ordinances against home grows. Id like to be in the southern part of the state, but would also prefer more wooded private areas. thanks

For wooded areas consider the follwoing Coventry, West Greenwich, Exeter, Charlestown, Richmond, or Hopkinton. If Coventry look for something on the West side. Good luck. Any questions, feel free to PM me.

If you do some reading, Rhode island has some really restrictive legislation in the works including plant count cuts and a tag system that will allow the regulative authorities (cops) to "track" those taged plants.

ive been following the new laws in the works. it seems the plant count will remain but the tags will be coming. its ridiculous but atleast they came down from 150/tag for patient to max of 25/tag. ive been following RIPAC closely. we shall see what happens.

Looks like RI passed that tag law, I wonder what all the details will be. I bet it involves revealing the location of your grow so they can check up on you.

so tags start in april, it looks like every patient/caregiver will need to provide their grow location and can only have one at that.

Yes saw that, it has been suggested by LE that caregivers have had multiple sites for growing which by the laws original statutes is illegal. Anyone involved in that activity should know by now that the police are going to be checking up on them. By the sounds of it all persons, patients and caregivers are gonna have to report the address of a grow site.
