Here is the inside of the channel. The wires are hot glues in place.

The box is before the glands are installed and is the on off switch box.

The one where the wires come out of the channel is before I covered the wires with more c channel.

The box with the wires and wago connectors is the on off switch box. It is also the box that brings power in and has the jumper slots for another light or a fan.

If there is anything else you want a picture off let me know because it is getting hung tomorrow.
No its cool man, nice job on that build! So how do you like the lenses? I figure if it would have been a nice touch to install those Mau5 brackets that would allow the user to angle the cobs towards the plants as needed. But all in all nice build cant wait to see what you do with it.

Here is my first light. It is built with items from Pacific Light Concepts. He was very helpful with my order. Really appreciate the service from him.

Anyways it is (8) 3590 cobs at 3500K run on a 1.4 amp driver. It has two on/off switches that turn off one side each. It is set up for dimming. There are two dimmer knobs that again do each side independent of the other. It also has a slot to use a c13 plug like on a HPS or MH ballast. It has a second slot to jump off of and a regular 110 outlet to run a fan or something else
are you growing horizontal or vertical?

I run both. This light is for a flat run. But I guess I should also mention I have only done one horizontal grow ever. It was a scrog with five plants vegged up to five days and flowered for 10 weeks under a 600 watt HPS that yielded about 19.5 ounces.

But I have done to many to count vertical. About 5 years worth. Goggle vertical scrog and the first thing up is me.

So what kind of par watts will that light deliver? And that point given what would someone expect to yield with good genetics and experience?

I am not sure who you are directing this question to so I will answer for mine. Mine is spaced so that I can use 2 of these side by side to cover a 5x5 area.

According to Supra 4 of these cobs run at 49 watts like my set up will give 824 PPFD in a six square foot area. So mine in a 25 square foot area with 16 COBS should be about 792 PPFD. but mine should be a little under that with diffusers mounted in the reflectors.

As for yield I have no idea. Like I said I have only done one horizontal grow. But I would guess close to what a new 1000 watt DE does, or a little better because of the multiple light sources and diffused light.

Someone who has run these could answer yield numbers better than I.

Well still, if you can achieve the same level of performance as a 1k light with those cobs thats just plain impressive

My Timber Grows 5 cob kit.
Very simple and at 250 watts, it "powers" my 2x2.5 room well. 50 watts sf. The plants love it.
hell ya they love it, looks awesome dude. I wonder if this would be a good application for one of those RZ diffusers on the center cob. or all of them since its so much light in the space. cheers
