Definitely. I've stayed out of the cannabis industry so far for the most part because my family would disapprove but I talked to my pops about it the other day and he gave me the green light.

Lol actually it wasn't but it worked. Yeah my state has been med legal for ages but is trying to clamp down right now. Oils and edibles are the future imo.

You'd be shocked to know that I've been fired more than once in my life....seems I have a problem with authority and bosses that haven't/can't do the electrical I do and I tell them maybe they should consider a career change....about 3 years ago I pissed a boss off enough to have him slug me in the face....I send him a thank you card all the time with pics of things I've bought... I even invite him over to fish all the time...he never responds , but I keep trying!

One of my Space Monkeys has a very in your face fresh raspberry / chem smell. Asked my wife to check without letting her know what I smelled. She said it reminds her of picking fresh raspberries for pie.

I like the excitement of it...but that's not what keeps me doing it....i did some selling to disps back in the day...was hard to take 2300 for something I get nearly twice for at home....the black market is what allows me to give away a lot of bud to the needy as it were...both my parents died of lung/brain cancers so whatever I can give patients I will..seeds, plants, edibles, don't matter....will shovel it out...I still make a weekly trip to the hospital my parents got chemo in...the nurses love me and know why I'm there...they steer me towards who it will help...I also give away a lot of the food I grow...i must be high going off track like that

very noble of you. I have several family members with either cancer, HIV, arthritits and severe anxiety. Just recently found out that my grandma, who raised me til she passed ( I was 9), used to brew some of her husbands weed for tea, said it helped her asthma a little, but the bud was weak. This motivates me to grow stronger meds. kills me to know she died from an asthma attack while I was asleep. Worse that her weed tea helped her but she was scared to use it because of the law and she hated smoke lol

I would also like to learn, any chance I get I try to learn. I'm on what I think would be my 10th or 11th grow, only the second recently, mostly over 5 years ago.

I feel ya. I come from a city where if you weren't a member of the gang on the block you sold your drugs, you're asking for trouble( not from LEOs). I'm fortunate enough to have been raised in those streets until my teenage years when i was sent to the suburbs on a scholarship for high school. I will say what I did to make my first million (hypothetical and conjecture of course)

This was my exact path...I am sure there will be peeps that chime in about me being wrong, all I can say is what I did and it worked pretty well for me....(From my very first grow I had expert help so even the first grow was a win (i pretty much got to watch))

(Sorry this is taking so long, but instead of a stoner history of my life, I will give the equipment of today so I will investigate real quick) one thing you should know about me, I hate being wrong, and I'm overly thorough with info sometimes

Ok, after quick calculations here goes...for the sake of argument we're going by roughly a 3x3 space..with a 600 (i don't use 1k's anyways, and you'll see why)

600w light
28 1 gallon grow bags fit under perfectly

Organic Dirt for bag appeal or Coco for bigger yield...really dealers choice as $$ balances out overall

2 moms per strain you're growing for cloning...its a no brainer but you want the fastest cloners...if it takes longer than 7days to start spitting roots, you need a different plant

lolly popped Sog is where its at....if you're the guy that only sells chunks/tops...well you already know what happens there and its super easy to trim(time is money)

if it can't be chopped at 60 or less...and since its 2016 and anyone can get clones now find the fastest finishing fastest cloning and you're in there..you ain't got time to be wasting space, money and energy on vegging some plants....12/12 soon as roots start....again time is money after all! if you can get the Giesel cut or any Chem cut it would work quite lucratively to your advantage..

that's the obvious stuff....to get wealth its all about marketing and strain selection, so that means no saying "Its a great daytime strain" that translates to "weak ass herb"

once you got it down and have a good strain you should be pulling an easy 16o's a chop....I've never hit 2 elbows before, most I've gotten is 30 off of Bubblegum from back in the day...

now you're thinking...well that's about a 90 day total turn around time....I'll run out of product to sell and smoke....it can be figured at about 1500 a month roughly...doing retail not wholesale...well hey 1500 a month is my house and or car payments....AND I still have a job and get to save most of my money....with overhead costs of mediums/ferts/grow bags/electricity...its about 150 bucks a month to get that 1500....not a bad return....BUT its very labor intensive and if you are a solo show you can only do 10 of them...if you're doing coco and hand watering (i hope you wouldn't be) that could be 280 plants a day to water...fuck that noise....BUT that 1500 a month turns into a lot...chopping every 9ish days isn't a bad thing....now...you're also saying...well those are federal numbers you're messing with now....and I agree that's bad news....soooo...i evolved into 9 3 gallons (still single cola only plants, but they turn into pretty big donkey dicks) you of course can run whatever #'s you'd like that's up to you...

all I'm saying is that I've tried EVERY way known to man to grow, and for a smaller scale or starting out that is always my recommendation....you won't pull a hundred pounds a week or anything but you can throw 1 elbow a week @Say 300 an onion x 16 and that's nearly 5k a week...no terrible money at all..i heard its very easy to hide little money like that
