Please help diagnose (pics of problem)

Hey everyone!

New grower here. I'm growing 2 autoflowering plants in my backyard. They're about 3 weeks old and are growing rapidly. The other day I noticed these small, whitish spots on a few leaves. It doesn't seem to be getting worse or spreading, but I know it will probably worsen and/or affect yield. I noticed them after we had some particularly warm weather, and a few drops of rain may have sat on the leaves (this only happened once, I'm trying to be careful to keep the leaves dry). Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Pics are not close enough to tell, but most likely mites?
Sorry to bother again! Saw one on the outside of the pot. Minuscule little mite. THANK YOU!!! Nothing crawling on the plants. Could I have caught this early enough? How do I treat this on such young plants?

Lots of ways to treat em, I use forbid, it's not cheap. As long as they are outside there will be bugs

Like RM3 said outside there will be bugs.

You can just mitigate it. I'd go to homedepot and buy bug killer spray that goes to the hose. I'd spray my whole yard as far as I can where ever they're growing outside. Then on the plant itself use forbid and SNS sprays.

ISO Alchohol, research this, you may choose to employ it against the nasty borg. Most seem to say a 5 or 10 percent solution in water with some surfactant for uniform application. Good fortune in your battle against these destructive little destroyers!
