Marijuana seedlings growing to slow...need second opinion's.

I'm pretty sure my plants are about 3 weeks old, and I don't know if it's just me or are they growing slow? Look at the pictures and our setup and let me know what you think!!!

Ya they are growing slow and stretchy due to the lack of the right kind of light.

Do yourself a favor and Google photosynthically active radiation or PAR.
 
Thanks for the quick reply...their this kind. .and I got heat coming in and that purple fan is pushing our the back and in the middle is a humidifier

Here's a update temp 75, humidity 40%. I'm pretty sure the old pictures I was over watering and I'm not watering as often but idk.

I could be wrong but it seems plants also slow down if it gets cold. Just like how peppers go dormant in winter.
If you're in a cold area a heat mat can help the roots somewhat.
 
ok, but heat above the plant can be different from the ground temp. Cold ground temp can slow down roots in my opinion.
 
Update, the one that looks like it either has nutrition burn or root bound I transplanted into a bit bigger container and I gave it these nutes (in picture) so hopefully we'll see some improvement. Any opinions or advice is helpful!
