Take what I post with a grain of salt; I do not consider myself a very good gardener whatsoever, but for what it is worth: I think they look great for two weeks old. The one on the left seems to have a little burn, probably from the light, but that's normal and it should improve over time. If it were me, I would put them under a MH, hang the light 2' above the canopy and dial your ballast back to 50% and then gradually increase the power to 100% over a two week period of time. Typically, the first two weeks are the "seedling" stage and then they go into "veg" stage; so you theoretically are in "veg" stage as of July 9. However, check your feed schedule that corresponds with your nutes and follow that schedule; or at least use it for reference. Based on the age of your plants, I would feed veg nutes at 1/2 strength to see how they react. If they don't shock then feed at full strength next time. I personally like to feed twice and then water and then repeat the process throughout the grow. This should loosen up salt build up on the roots caused by nutes.
As far as your light schedule is concerned, I would check your nute schedule for that too. I have read that with autos it is possible to do the entire grow in 18/6 light, you just change out the bulb when you go from veg to flower. Some schedules will indicate 18/6 for veg and 12/12 in flower. I am using Dutch Pro and their light schedule is screwy. It seems to change from 18/6 to 16/8 and then back to 18/6 and then I don't remember the rest, but it's really screwy. The idea, I think, is to slow the plant's growth down so it doesn't mature too quickly because once an auto starts growing they grow really quickly. If you put them under HPS now, then you may see a lot of "curling" like the plant on the left, but again, I am told that is normal and they should snap out of "curling" over time.
Hope this helps. Sorry for making a short story long because I gave you way too much input, I have a tendency to babble. Again, take what I post with a grain of salt in that I have proven that I am not very good at this. Hopefully a more experienced person will chime in with more accurate information. Good luck!
