Shout out to @robincnn at Northern Grow Lights, he now has Photon 180 grow lights in stock with Citizen CLU058-1825 cobs.

Preliminary testing from @BOBBY_G from here: https://www.rollitup.org/t/top-bin-cob-comparison-2.897765/page-6#post-12764656
This shows, tentatively, the 1825 well ahead of the CXB3590 at 80W, matching the CXB3590 DB at the ever popular 50W level. Looks like the same efficiency with 60% more output!
Keep in mind these are real-world steady state tests, so each cob is running at a slightly different temperature on a similar cooling setup. Crazy stuff, but basically the Photon 180 with two CLU058-1825 should be more efficient than the ever popular CXB3590 CD at 50W, for $2 a watt built. Good stuff.
Vero thermal resistance is much better than stated by Citizen however, and would favor the Vero in the Vero vs Citizen results. Cree's thermal resistance is unknown. More details in Bobby's post.
Also, notice the 3500K 90 CRI version. For you red/far red spectrum junkies this is very, very close to the 3500K 80 CRI in photon efficiency. The peak moves up to 630nm and there is a nice boost in far red.
Good stuff @robincnn. And thanks @BOBBY_G...bet you'll have even more news soon. Ahem.
