My buddy Ed owns Creekside Gardens in Redding, CA. He is super approachable and will give you the rundown on everything you need federally and for California if you're here. I also have a buddy with a walnut orchard. But and fruit trees sell like hotcakes in the spring. Especially odd varieties like Hosoi Asian Pears, Pomegranate, etc.
I'm in KY.

I'm working on getting an indoor hemp facility started. Pop seeds and select and breed the best for cbd and other cannabinoid extraction.

Then when mj goes legal, switch over.
Lol this thread got off track! Well I dug them up put in grow bags until I can transplant with my gorilla grow. Thanks for the response. As for autos nice to grow a few to have Meds until the photos get ready.
Sorry. I guerilla grow to.

You mad bro ?

No. Besides my namesake. Is that a common thing to ask people here? Mad Greek is just a nickname from high school. Because I'm Greek. And I was a crazy teenager. My other high school nickname was Bildo Shaggins. I thought Mad Greek was more appropriate :)

We have big timber rattlers here. But they're loud as hell unless you accidentally startle one. I found a den once (by accident). There were about 40 timber rattlers all writhing around each other.

No more guerilla growing for me. Too many damn Mexicans out there here in NorCal. The Shasta County MET is cracking down on illegal grows. If tue cops don't get you the illegals with assault rifles will.

That's about as big as they get. Diamondbacks and east/west are bigger.

I carry a 9mm for bears and other animals. Fish and game says there are no mountain lions here. I know that's not true. I've been up close to a couple of them here.

CCI makes shotshells for pistols. The round in the chamber is pellets for snakes. Then hornady critical defense shells.

I've never needed a gun to kill one. If it's in the woods I don't even mess with it. That's its place. But on real trails, back yards, close to homes, etc. I kill them.

I've had a few run ins with black bears and mountain lions. The bears ate complacent unless its a momma. I was chased on my bike once by a mom bear when I was about 14. She was moving about 20mph.

Scariest thing I've seen around here was about 6' long, jet blue-black with thick fur, and it moved like a panther. It was running up a dirt road ahead of me and my girlfriend one morning at 5am. I was doing a DH mountain bike shuttle run by Whiskeytown. It scared the shit out of me. Didn't ride that day. But I was back up there the next morning!

I've seen some strange animals. Cougar lookimg. I saw one all black. I saw one that was splothy. Looked like a mutt. Had patches of darker thicker fur.

I killed because my buddy didn't have snake gaurds on and it had already struck and hit my boot.

I ate it. The skin is drying now. I will make a gun sling with it.

My rule is to eat anything I kill with the exception of certain pests and anything that can carry disease.

I don't think a 9mm would stop our bears here unless its a head shot.
It will with the shells I run. Hornady critical defense shells are good shells.

I alternate those and plus rated full metal jackets. One for expansion and one for peneteation.

That's cool. I always make it a policy to only break one law at a time, so I always avoided growing with guns. Out here its a mandatory 5 years.

Worst thing to come to NorCal is legalization.

An indoor pound used to sell for $400+. Some times of the year we used to get an easy $5000 per pound of dank indoor. Even outdoor was $2500.

I would be lucky to get $3200 for a top shelf elbow now. And hell. Outdoor is virtually worthless. Its $500 a pound here for 9 months.

Now we have enforcement poking around, pot seeking travelers (out of towner thieves is more like it), idiots telling the world how much they make because they think its actually OK with law enforcement.

The only good thing to come of it in this particular area is giant backyard plants and cops just shrug their shoulders.

I know people are going to disagree with THAT statement. But they also haven't been rolled on simultaneously in 3 counties and 2 states by feds. All for undervalued dank.

Worry about light pollution just like you do pests, nutrients, and watering. Its actually the key comoponent to flowering (except ruderalis, or what people call autoflowering strains). During the long cool night cycles your plants produce florinol, and when the cycle is interrupted it resets the clock. With background lighting you get leafy buds that have a tendency to run.

Looking at it from the perspective of a horticulturist the darker the better. Its science.
i've grown in front of a video billboard and street lights with no problems, tight buds..........

Sweet. Its science. Your bud would have turned out better in complete darkness. Science doesn't lie. Just people on forums. So don't believe all this bullshit.
