i'm feeding it once a week with sea weed extract, should i feed it twice a week?

Should probably feed them something else that contains what they need at this stage. You need a "grow fertilizer" that contains a nitrogen component, not seaweed.

Look man fertilizer has an npk value 0-0-0,that corresponds to the feeds nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium respectively. You need a feed that has something for that first number.

Your seaweed probably looks something like this 0-0-1.

If you have a guano that's 3-1-1 or something then ya that will work.

It needs a feed, a balanced NPK ratio should get it on it's way. Seaweed is good for roots as well as other things but needs some more nutrition...
